Getting to the Shotover River is half the fun with the narrow, winding and tight corners of the Skippers Canyon road. This road will have you on the edge of your seat as you take the journey that the gold miners did years’ before deep into Skipper Canyon. The launch point at deep creek may be a relief as you meet your expert guides to begin the white-water rafting tour. You will paddle your way down grade 3 – 5 rapids before finishing at Arthurs Point where the famous Shotover Jet awaits. Increase the pace as you speed through the lower section of the Shotover Canyons with Queenstown’s most popular jet boat ride. Then top it all off by playing with gravity and choosing one of the 70 jump styles at Shotover Canyon Swing!
