Im Mund ist er schmackhaft, fleischig und sehr rund. Elegant mit langem Nachgeschmack. Passt zu: allen Fleischtypen, geschmort oder auf Holzkohle gegrillt, voll oder halb ausgereiftem Käse.

Farblich erstrahlt der Wein in einem blassen Gold mit grünlichen Glanzlichtern. In der Nase erlebt man ein aromatisch intensives, vielstimmiges Bouquet von frischen Mandeln, Marzipan, getrockneter Ananas und Bienenwachs, die sich mit zunehmender Reife zu Noten von Zimt und Pfeffer weiterentwickeln. Am Gaumen ist er zugleich fest und geschmeidig, üppig, doch sehr lebendig mit rassiger Säurefrische bis ins Finale mit elegantem Nachhall von Bienenwachs und einem Hauch Ingwer.
