EXEMPTIONS The following groups are eligible for free access to the Grands Appartements tour, on presentation of the relevant ID : - under 18s ;  - long-term EU residents of any nationality, aged 18 to 25 ;  - registered disabled persons or war veterans (plus personal assistant) ;  - those receiving minimum pension payments, single parent benefit, unemployment allowance or similar welfare payments ;  - Pass Education holders ;  - university and art school students ;  - public museum conservation and research staff, Ministry of Culture and INHA (Institut national d’histoire de l’art) staff ;  - journalists with a valid press pass ;  - conference speakers and tour guides ;  - ICOM and ICOMOS members ;  - bus drivers accompanying groups ;  - school tour guides/assistants (limited to one per seven students)  - members of the Société des amis et mécènes du château de Fontainebleau (SAMCF).

Departing four times a day from outside the Grand Hotel, opposite Sherlock Holmes pub on Northumberland Avenue off Trafalgar Square. This London sightseeing tour lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes (depending on traffic), and you will be dropped off again at our stop on Northumberland Avenue. We recommend that you arrive at least 10 - 15 minutes prior to the tour time, to enable tickets to be checked. There is also a small museum collection and gift shop on site which you may want to explore.

Included :  Transportation in open top-decker coach. Recorded commentary and personal earphone sets (digital sound). The church is closed from 12.00 to 14.30 and on Sunday morning.   Security on the top deck : Please remain seated and do not use the stairs while the bus is in motion. Seat belts must be worn on the top deck until the bus stops for parking. Do not lean over the guard rails on the upper deck. Be careful, low branches and other objects that may come close to the open upper deck. Do not throw anything out of the bus. Parents, for the safety of your children, please make sure that they respect the safety regulation.   Attention: Child rate from 4 to 11.
