Welcome to the Bombay Sapphire Distillery The Bombay Sapphire Distillery at Laverstoke Mill offers a behind-the-scenes experience that showcases the artistry and creativity infused into every drop of Bombay Sapphire gin. Guests of this state-of-the-art, sustainable distillery can discover what makes Bombay Sapphire such a distinctive gin. From discovering the unique Vapour Infusion distillation process in the Dakin Still House, to exploring the ten exotic botanicals nurtured in the stunning glasshouses.  Visitors can also uncover the history of both Laverstoke Mill and Bombay Sapphire, explore the local conservation area and complete the experience with Bombay Sapphire cocktails in the Mill Bar. Laverstoke Mill is a site steeped in natural beauty and elegance. Astride the crystal clear River Test, situated within a Conservation Area and Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) in rural Hampshire just 60 miles from London. The striking redesign of the distillery is in part the inspiration of the acclaimed London designers at Heatherwick Studio. The careful renovation included a number of beautiful Victorian and Georgian buildings restored to their former glory. The site has been awarded the highly prestigious BREEAM (Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method) Award for Sustainable Industrial Design.

Helles Grüngelb, intensives Aroma von reifen Früchten, Pfirsich und Birne, sowie eine leicht nussige Note, am Gaumen mit Frische, gut ausbalanciert. Passt zu: sommerlichen Salaten, Meeresfrüchten, gegrilltem Fisch oder auch Sushi.

Der Wein ist von sanfter, strohgelber Farbe mit leichten grünen Akzenten, von tadelloser Reinheit und feiner Perlage. Das feine, intensive und fruchtbetonte Bouquet duftet nach reifen Äpfeln und Akazienblüten. Er ist ein frischer und schlanker Wein mit niedrigem Alkoholgehalt. Ausgewogen und zart, von schöner ausgeprägter Frucht im Abgang. Der Giall Oro ist vielseitig und passt sowohl zu Beginn als auch am Ende eines Mahles, aber auch zu jeder anderen Stunde des Tages.
