Dive into Oceans, from coastal kelp forests to the seafloor. Explore the self-contained ecosystems of Islands and Lakes. Visit Rivers—big and small—and learn more about our local waters in the new At Home on the Great Lakes exhibit. Meet hundreds of amazing animals, from tiny mantella frogsto a a giant octopus, from a Grand Cayman blue iguana to Nile knifefish, and from moon jellies to sea stars. We even have map turtles, in case you get lost. Caribbean Reef Take a 360-degree tour of an underwater reef community. Follow a green sea turtle. Peek at a moray eel in a rocky crevice. Watch regal rays glide by. Get eye-to-eye with parrot fish and sharks. Visit Caribbean Reef, Shedd’s award-winning 90,000-gallon circular habitat in the grand rotunda. Amazon Rising Take an exotic journey in the Amazon, home to one-third of all living things. Watch out for anacondas and piranhas, spiders, rays and a camouflaged caiman. In churning river channels, still lakes and even flooded treetops look for tetras, turtles and fruit-eating fish called tambaqui. Abbott Oceanarium The Abbott Oceanarium immerses you in the vibrant coastal ecosystem of beluga whales, Pacific white-sided dolphins, sea otters and sea lions. You’ll also find a host of fishes and invertebrates that make their homes where freshwater flows into the ocean or where tides turn seascapes to landscapes and back again each day. Use our self-guided map to discover how animals are linked to each other, their homes and you. Polar Play Zone Kids have a place at Shedd that they can call their own—Polar Play Zone. It’s cool as ice and twice as nice! The penguins think so, too. Play! Splash! Pretend! What would you like to be? A sleek sliding penguin? A deep-sea explorer? How about both? In Polar Play Zone, you can slip into a penguin suit and try being a bird in the Icy South play area. From there, head to the Icy North to explore the belugas’ Arctic waters in a kid-sized submarine. Don’t forget to shake hands—or is it arms?—with colorful sea stars in the touch pools. In Polar Play Zone, you’ll learn about polar opposites—big and small, fast and slow, shallow and deep, even north and south—while you play. The Oceanarium Aquatic Presentation​ is included however based on available seating and remaining show times at the time of guest arrival. Stingray Touch (seasonal experience) is included. So, who do you want to meet?   London Zoo Animal Adventure We have just launched Animal Adventure, our new Children's Zoo. This exhibit provides thousands upon thousands of children with the chance to immerse themselves in the sights, sounds, smells and experiences of life in the animal kingdom. Penguin Beach The exhibit’s 1200 sq meter pool is four times bigger and three times deeper than the Zoo’s old penguin pool and will hold 450,000 liters of water. Our large demonstration area turns feeding time in to an even bigger spectacle than before. Penguin Beach Live will feature twice daily feeds where visitors can watch the birds diving for their food. Penguin Beach will be a breeding facility for colonies of Humboldt, macaroni, black-footed and rockhopper penguins and will include a special penguin nursery. This will include a chick incubation unit and a pool where the youngsters can learn how to swim. Butterfly Paradise ZSL London Zoo’s Butterfly Paradise exhibit features species from several major regions including Africa, South-east Asia and Central and South America. Meet the Monkeys Two years ago, we launched our Meet the Monkeys walkthrough. The enclosure was built to house a breeding group of black-capped squirrel monkeys in a habitat designed to recreate the Bolivian rainforests as closely as possible in the center of London Aquarium The Aquarium has been at ZSL London Zoo since 1853, and has a very interesting history. Separated into three different halls, which are home to different types of fish, the Aquarium is involved in many different conservation projects and breeding programs. Blackburn Pavilion Take flight to our new tropical bird walk-through the Blackburn Pavilion, and be transported to a jungle paradise in the center of London! Clore Rainforest Lookout New at ZSL London Zoo. Feel the heat of South America within our tropical biome filled with tropical trees and alive with South American monkeys, birds and invertebrates. With nothing separating you from this amazing habitat. Gorilla Kingdom This pioneering million exhibit brings Central Africa to the heart of London. It gives visitors the chance to experience the amazing world of these animals in a natural setting with no bars. Interactive features and educational activities will appeal to visitors from all walks of life. Gorilla Kingdom highlights the threats faced by these majestic creatures in the wild. ZSL works to conserve and protect them, and this exhibit marks an important development in awareness and support for their plight.

ALEGRIAS is a flamenco musical form and above all it can be translated as MERRIMENT and JOY With a cast of 50 talented artists the show will transport you to the excitement of a Las Vegas casino, the colours and cheerfulness of Bollywood, the rhythms and Alegrias of a Tablao in Cordoba and the vibrant merriment of a Tropical feather finale. The show features the talents of singers, dancers, live musicians, acrobats, Argentinian Gauchos, comics, jugglers and the featured magician – David Climent who stars in a thrilling number of magic to make way for the grand finale of the Show.  These Alegrias conclude with the glamour of the renowned Benidorm Palace dancers and the vibrant merriment of a Tropical feather finale. This perfect evening’s entertainment is matched with the delicious dinner that accompanies the show.

Accessibility KidZania accommodates visits for those with special requirements. We believe all kids should be able to experience role-play in a fun and unique way. Hearing Impairments: All activities are equipped with a 'Help Hearing Guide' - a read-a-long guide for visitors with hearing impairments. This is a free service and can be obtained by an activity staff member on the day of your visit.  Visual Impairments: Service Animals (Registered Guide Dogs, Hearing Dogs and Medical Alert Dogs) are welcome around KidZania, however due to health and safety reasons, there are selected activities where they will not be permitted.  Accessible Parking: Westfield London offers a selection of accessible parking. Blue Badge holder will be permitted four hours free parking Monday to Friday. To qualify for this, you must provide a Blue Badge and parking ticket to Westfield staff at the Shopmobility desk.  Getting Around: KidZania is entirely accessible to wheelchair users, with many lifts and escalator available. There are several accessible toilets, a variety of rest areas and all food and retail outlets are wheelchair friendly.
