What is an Overseas Visitor Pass? The Overseas Visitor Pass is a one-price entrance ticket to all English Heritage properties valid for either 9 or 16 consecutive days. What is included? FREE entry to over 100 stately homes, castles, abbeys, Roman and prehistoric remains. You can visit all attractions directly managed by English Heritage free of charge. Why should I buy an Overseas Visitor Pass? We don’t expect you to visit that many attractions. The Overseas Visitor Pass is incredible value for money and you can start making savings from as few as two or three visits! How much will I save? You will realise what great value the pass is as soon as you make your first visit. For example, the price of the guidebook plus the combined normal adult admission price to Dover Castle; 1066 Battle of Hastings, Abbey and Battlefield; Walmer Castle & Gardens; and the Home of Charles Darwin, Down House - just four attractions in the South East - is £54.65. With your 9 day Overseas Visitor Pass you save £29.65.  Remember, you can visit as many attractions as you like. The more you visit, the more you save! If I stay for less than 9 days, does it still make sense to buy the Pass? Yes, the Pass pays for itself after approximately three visits so you can enjoy savings from the first or second day of your stay! Who can buy the Pass? The Pass is available for overseas visitors only. Visitors may be asked for proof of overseas residency when visiting a property. The Pass is available to groups and individuals. Groups should contact the first property they are planning to visit with a list of names of the group's members, so that we can prepare the passcards and make sure we have enough guidebooks on site. Do children need their own Pass? The family pass is valid for two adults and up to four other family members under the age of 19 living at the same address. Other than the family pass, there is no reduced child pass. Children under the age of five are admitted free of charge to our attractions, and children up to the age of 15 qualify for reduced entrance fees. For how long is the Overseas Visitor Pass valid? The English Heritage Overseas Visitor Pass is valid for a period of either 9 or 16 consecutive days.  How is my Overseas Visitor Pass activated? The Pass will be validated at the first property you visit and it can then be used for the following consecutive 9 or 16 days. When are English Heritage properties open? Many properties open daily from 10.00 in summer. Nearly all are closed 24-26 December and 1 January. All sites have reduced opening times during the winter months (October to March). The exact opening times are listed on our website as well as in the Members’ and Visitors’ Handbook, which is included free of charge with the Pass. What documents do I need to take with me to collect the Overseas Visitor Pass? You need to print out your booking confirmation (voucher), and take this with the credit card used to make the booking. You must also have proof of identity with you in the form of a passport, identity card or driver’s license to authenticate that you are the rightful owner of the voucher and as proof of overseas residency. This can be a photocopy. What happens if my Pass is lost or stolen? The Pass is not transferable, refundable or replaceable when lost or stolen.

Enjoy a full day tour taking in some of the most dramatic scenery of the Scottish Highlands. Visit Glencoe and have the chance to enjoy a cruise on Loch Ness and a visit to Urquhart Castle.  From Glasgow you will travel north before making a refreshment stop on the shores of Loch Lomond. Travelling the length of the loch, you will climb up into the Highlands, over the unique, dramatic landscape of Rannoch Moor and the Black Mount to majestic Glencoe, one of Scotland’s most haunting glens, site of the 1692 massacre of the MacDonald clan.  Continuing via Loch Linnhe, you'll stop in the Fort William area for lunch, then journey onwards, passing beneath Britain’s highest mountain, Ben Nevis, before you enter the natural beauty of the Great Glen. Travelling on, you can admire the Caledonian Canal and the pretty village of Fort Augustus, enjoying spectacular views of Loch Ness as you drive along the shoreline to Urquhart Castle.  Loch Ness, 24 miles long and 700 feet deep, is most famous for sightings of the Loch Ness Monster, affectionately known as “Nessie”. You will spend 2 hours at Loch Ness, where you can choose to explore the ruins of Urquhart Castle* and learn of its history inside the modern visitor centre, and also take an Award Winning Jacobite cruise* across the loch.  Passing through Inverness, Capital of the Highlands, you will start your return journey home. Cross the Grampian Mountains and the woodland scenery of Perthshire, including the Forest of Atholl, with an evening refreshment stop at the Victorian resort town of Pitlochry, en route back to Glasgow.  *OPTIONAL EXTRA. Bateau Bus This stop is located on the North quay of the Port Hercule, opposite the large yachts. During the Monaco Grand Prix, you will find yourself exactly within the famous chicane where the formula 1 cars have to brake hard, having reached 250 kmph when leaving the tunnel. From this stop you can take the boat bus that takes you from the other side of the port, to the foot of the old town, very close to the cruise terminal. A few hundred metres from here you can also walk to the magnificent terraces of the Casino, taking the lifts located at the entrance to the tunnel. Jardin Japonais Located close the Portier car park, from this stop you can visit the Japanese Garden and the Grimaldi Forum. Sporting On the boundary between MONACO and Beausoleil, from this stop you can visit the beaches, the Sporting or the hotel Monte-Carlo Bay. Villa Sauber NEW NATIONAL MUSEUM OF MONACO Open every day from 11.00 to 19.00 (summer) and from 10.00 to 18.00 (winter). Monte-Carlo Casino You have now arrived in the Monte-Carlo district. Stop here to visit the Place du casino, where you can admire the luxury cars or have a glass of something at the Café de Paris. Grimaldi / SNCF Nearby attraction and points of interest: SNCF railway station, Condamine Market. Useful information: If you arrive in Monaco by train, you can join the bus at this Stop. Place du Palais This is the first stop on the famous Rocher [Rock]. This is where there is the changing of the Guard every day at 12.00 . Spend some time strolling through the alleys and backstreets of Monaco-Ville and discover the magnificent views it will offer you. Musée océanographique A monumental jewel that was the concept of this visionary Prince who saw it in his own terms as a “Palace”, The oceanographic museum is one of the showpieces of the identity of the country. With world-renowned expertise, the Museum presents over 6000 species of fish in their faithfully constructed natural setting. All collected in one place, you can discover the fantastic species of the Mediterranean, the incredible diversity of the inhabitants of a living coral reef, and the monumental 400,000 litre shark lagoon. Roseraie Princesse Grace The landscaped park and Princess Grace rose garden. Palm trees, olive trees and plant species from throughout the world border a small lake offering pedestrians four hectares of walks in an environment of exquisite calm, fragrant with the four thousand rose plants in the Roseraie Princesse Grace whose 150 varieties rival each other in colours and perfumes. Stade Louis II The Fontvieille district, part of which is built over the sea, is home to the Stade Louis II / Louis II Stadium. This magnificent sports complex stands out with its elegant and bold architecture. Its multiple installations and the quality of its equipment make it a special venue for international competitions. Princesse Stéphanie (Rascasse) It is in the boulevard Albert 1er that the Formula 1 starting line sees off the racing cars in the Monaco Grand Prix. Digue Croisières If you arrive in the Principality of Monaco by sea, we have a stop at the cruise terminal, immediately upon disembarking from the boat.

Your Journey: Take off from Queenstown, and fly above the rugged backcountry of Central Otago, before heading westward to where the glacial fed rivers empty into Lake Wakatipu. Witness what the power of nature has created over the years, as you journey over two remarkable National Parks; Mt Aspiring and the world heritage listed Fiordland National Park.
