Home to over 2,500 animals from 130 species, 38% of which are threatened, the Night Safari gives you a chance to get up close and personal with beasts large and small who come out to play after dusk.
You’ll travel through discover 7 unique nocturnal zones - from the Nepalese River Valley to the Asian Rainforest and see some of the world’s most exotic species including fearsome predators, primates and cuddly marsupials.
The best way to travel through the seven geographical zones is by a 40 minute long open air guided tram. This moving escapade gives you the best seat in the house (or jungle) to observe the animals on the rugged foothills of the Himalaya and the deepest recesses of the Asian riverine forest. Journey through the meandering trail past the authentically created habitats.
The naturalistic habitats are designed to simulate the animals’ native habitats and are illuminated with subtle moonglow lighting. The Night Safari also has a no-cage policy and is an open concept zoo.
During the visit, make time to experience the live open air shows, showcasing acrobatic animal demonstrations and spectacular tribal dance and pyrotechnics.
The Creatures of the Night and Thumbuakar Performance shows add an extra dimension to your animal adventure with their display of animal talent and fire-eating and tribal dances respectively.
Travel in comfort on an air-conditioned bus to the Colònia Güell, where you'll find the Gaudí crypt: a church where Antoni Gaudí put into practice many of the architectural solutions he later used at the Sagrada Familia. We guarantee that you'll have a better understanding of the world's most famous Catalan architect after you've visited the chapel.
The next stop will be Montserrat, a rocky outcrop with extraordinary formations that will capture your attention as soon as you begin to approach. It will seem even more impressive when you ride to the top of the mountain on the rack railway, a unique means of transport. There you'll be able to visit the Benedictine monastery and kiss the Moreneta, an 11th century wood carving of the patron saint of Catalonia, or explore the many paths inside the natural park on foot.
No other trip will allow you to enjoy nature, spirituality and architecture at the same time!
Set off for a full day excursion to Normandy from Paris with an official guide. Set off from your Paris accommodation at 06:30 for our central Paris agency. Relax during the journey by luxury air-conditioned coach before arriving at the Caen Memorial Museum at around 10:15.
The Caen Memorial Museum retraces the various stages of the conflict that took place during the Second World War. Your guided tour will give you the chance to see everyday objects from life during occupation, maps, and models of military vehicles, as well as film screenings that recreate the emotions of D-Day and the Battle for Normandy.
The visit continues with an included lunch at the restaurant in the Caen Memorial Museum.

In the afternoon, your tour will continue to several of the iconic landmarks that played a part in the landings.
Your first stop will be at the Pointe du Hoc, overlooking the hundred-foot-high cliffs. Stormed by the American Rangers on D-Day, it was one of the key German fortified sites along the Normandy coast and was equipped, at that time, with a number of heavy artillery posts.
You will then visit the famous American Cemetery at Saint Laurent, located just above Omaha Beach. This 170-acre site is home to 9,387 perfectly aligned white marble headstones, a memorial, chapel, and the Garden of the Missing. It pays tribute to all the American soldiers who died during the Second World War. A small trail leads down the hill to Omaha Beach, giving you the opportunity to walk across the sand. You will have one hour to spend here.
Following this visit, you will stop at Arromanches, a historic town known for its artificial port, which was built as part of the Normandy landings. The harbour saw the unloading of almost 10,000 tons of equipment. You can still make out the floating reinforced concrete "Phoenix" constructions in the water.
Finally, you will make a short photo-stop near Juno Beach and its cemetery, one of the key D-Day landing beaches for Canadian troops.
Return to your Paris accommodation is scheduled for around 21:30.
