This is the text for the Frequently Asked Questions that applies to this specific tour.   QUESTION: ARE THE EIFFEL TOWER TOURS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE? Wheelchairs are able to visit the 1st and 2nd levels of the Tower, but unfortunately not the top level.   QUESTION: HOW MANY MINUTES PRIOR TO TOUR TIME SHOULD I MEET?  We request that all guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Due to the exclusive and timed nature of our entries, it's imperative that all guests arrive on time. We do not have the luxury of waiting for guests who are running late, or catching them up after the fact.    QUESTION: WHERE IS THE MEETING POINT? Please do NOT go to the Eiffel Tower, your tour does NOT meet there. Your tour meeting point depends on the date of your tour. You will meet at our new Easy Pass Tours Office at 36, Avenue de la Bourdonnais (7th District). Our office is about a three-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower.   QUESTION: WHAT IS THE EASIEST WAY TO GET TO THE MEETING POINT BY MÉTRO OR RER? It takes approximately 10 minutes to walk from the closest Métro (École Militaire, line 8) or RER station (Pont de l'Alma, line C) to the tour meeting point. QUESTION: HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE IN MY TOUR GROUP? For the Eiffel Tower Tours, we limit the group size to 20 guests per tour guide. The Entrance Only activity doesn't include a tour guide, but you will enter the Tower with others at a predetermined time slot.

Important Information: THE RIDE is 75 minutes long, unless otherwise pre-determined. THE RIDE is for children ages 6 and up. Children under 6 years of age will not be permitted on the bus. Food and drink are prohibited on THE RIDE. There is no restroom on the bus. Please make sure to use the restroom before boarding There is no access to a restroom during THE RIDE. All patrons must arrive no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled performance time. Patrons that arrived after THE RIDE has started will not be permitted to board THE RIDE. THE RIDE is not wheelchair accessible and you will have to ascend stairs to enter. Gulliver's Gate Duration: There’s a lot you’ll want to see at Gulliver’s Gate and we want your guests to take their time enjoying our miniatures. A typical visit is 1.5 to 2 hours but you are welcome to stay as long as you’d like! Inclusions: Your ticket includes general admission, a lanyard & key that will allow you to interact with our models (i.e. turn on lights, move cars within our models, etc.), and a complimentary map. Guests have 6 months from the date of purchase to redeem their ticket.

Leaving Edinburgh you will travel west where your first stop is the Wallace Monument* in Stirling; a towering stone testimonial to the Scottish legend William Wallace. Inside you will find fascinating exhibits leading you through the life of the real Braveheart, and most impressive of all, Wallace’s legendary 5ft 6in(1.7m) tall broadsword. You then travel north to Gleneagles Hotel Estate - one of Scotland’s world class golf courses and site of the 2014 Ryder Cup. Enjoy a photo opportunity here and see where the international legends of golf play.  You continue your journey through the pretty countryside of Perthshire to your next stop in Crieff, where you visit The Famous Grouse Experience* at Glenturret Distillery. Learn about the traditional whisky-making process, see how you measure up to the world’s largest bottle of whisky and sample some of ‘The Water of Life’ itself at the fantastic Taste Experience bar. Timberbush Tours customers can also enjoy an exclusive tasting of the Black Grouse Alpha Edition; a rich, smoky blend available only at Glenturret Distillery. Enjoy a range of tasty lunch options in the Glenturret Café or take a stroll in the distillery grounds.  After lunch you move on through the picturesque scenery of the “Sma’ Glen” until you reach the beautiful Hermitage for a short woodland walk (time permitting). Afterwards, you then continue on to the town of Dunkeld, where there will be a break for refreshments and a visit to ancient Dunkeld Cathedral. You will then leave Perthshire and journey to the charming town of South Queensferry, where you can make a brief stop to admire magnificent views of the Forth Bridges before returning to Edinburgh. *OPTIONAL EXTRA. Be a part of history in the making as you explore the ins and outs of Kennedy Space Center on this out-of-this-world day tour. You’ll have access to restricted areas, walk under the massive Saturn V rocket and even meet and greet an astronaut from the Space Program! One of the many highlights of your day will be the Shuttle Launch Experience, a space simulator that gives you a taste of what the astronauts feel when they lift off. You’ll also be able to view IMAX movies giving you a 3D look into what it’s like to walk on the moon, and visit the rocket garden for a surreal experience surrounded by giant rocket ‘flowers.’ The Kennedy Space Center Tour is a can’t-miss chance to feel like a real astronaut! Once there you will receive a short video presentation followed by a welcome meet and greet by an ASTRONAUT! The Astronaut will welcome the all Gray Line guests to the Kennedy Space Center and give them some hints and tips of ways to ensure they enjoy their day. This welcome from one of NASAs finest is a complimentary service and no refunds would apply if the Astronaut could not attend. It is simply a great value added benefit for guests.
