Helles Grüngelb mit leuchtenden Reflexen, ausdrucksvoll im Duft mit Noten nach Weingartenpfirsich, Marille, gelber Apfel, etwas Mango und frische Küchenkräuter, kühle Mineralität, am Gaumen dicht und saftig, mit viel Druck, aber dennoch eine klare Frucht und sehr charmant von Eleganz geprägt, reife Apfelfrucht und Exotik abgerundet von einer feinen Säurestruktur, ausgewogen und finessenreich, langanhaltend und sehr harmonisch mit viel Potential. Passt zu: verschiedenen Geflügel-Gerichten, aber auch zu Kalbsrücken, gegrillten und gebratenen Fischgerichten und Krustentieren.
