The Helmet Shell The unique manufacturing methods used for helmet shells at Schuberth keep the weight low, whilst retaining optimum stability. Direct Fibre Processing is an innovation developed by Schuberth. It involves an endless glass fibre being cut into pieces by a robot and blown into a mould. A precisely defined quantity of resin is added to the preform and it is then compressed at high pressure in a heated mould to create an exceptionally high-strength helmet shell. The multi-part construction of the inner lining allows for outstanding force absorption, thereby enhancing safety. Fit The smallest version of the Schuberth O1 (XS) weighs in at just 1100g. The helmet shell is made from a modern glass fibre matrix and comes in three different sizes to fit a variety of head shapes. Lining Ergonomically shaped ShinyTex® padding for better head ventilation - seamless, highly functional and breathable, detachable and washable, as well as certified in accordance with Öko-Tex 100. Aerodynamic & Acoustic properties A quiet helmet with excellent aerodynamic properties. The form of the O1 was developed in Schuberth’s in-house wind tunnel. The resulting design fulfils today’s standards in aerodynamics and aeroacoustics.

Similar to a traditional 60W filament bulb, but 90% more efficient,
the Integral Candle LED lights delivers a fantastic ratio of value and
performance. It has the appearance, feel and weight of a traditional E27
light candle lamp whilst featuring an improved and economic SMD LED.

Quality Design
The retro-fit Integral Mensae LED lamps range with Auto Sensor
utilise Surface mounted device (SMD) technology and a polycarbonate and
nickel plated brass body to create a decorative look ideal for external
porches, walkways, paths and patios. To be used in suitable enclosed
outdoor fittings. The A+ energy rating and the LED bulb long life ensures
that you will be saving on energy costs for many years to come.

Economic Auto Sensor
Because security lighting is on an average of 12 hours On per day
you can save over 30 GBP/44 EUR per bulb, per year on energy. The smart
LED globe it automatically switches ON at dusk and OFF at dawn, with dual
360 sensors to detect daylight from all angles.
