Leuchtendes Gelb mit grünen Reflexen im Glas. Das Bouquet ist frisch und fruchtig, es duftet nach weissen Pfirsichen, Mirabellen, reife Birne, Anklänge von Haselnüssen und zarte Anklänge von frischem Thymian. Am Gaumen ist er saftig, vollmundig und frisch mit einer guten Prise Mineralität. Der Riesling ist sehr gut strukturiert mit einer gut eingebundenen Säure und einem reifen und geschmeidigen Finale. Ein prächtiger Riesling von der Nahe, der viel Trinkspass macht. Passt zu: leichten Speisen, z.B. Spargel, Fisch oder Salaten, aber auch zu geräuchertem Wild und mildem Ziegenkäse.
