Duration: There’s a lot you’ll want to see at Gulliver’s Gate and we want your guests to take their time enjoying our miniatures. A typical visit is 1.5 to 2 hours but you are welcome to stay as long as you’d like! Inclusions: Your ticket includes general admission, a lanyard & key that will allow you to interact with our models (i.e. turn on lights, move cars within our models, etc.), and a complimentary map. Guests have 6 months from the date of purchase to redeem their ticket.

Each whale watching excursion is slightly unique. We follow the whales' migration path to bring you up close for the best sighting spots, which change every day. In the beginning of the season, the southbound whales swim closer to the coast, so the maximum distance is about 3-5 miles. Toward the end of the season, when the northbound whales swim further out, we can cruise up to 9-12 miles off the coast.   WHAT TO BRING We suggest dressing in layers. The temperature and winds can be unpredictable even if it's sunny out. warm clothing- dress in layers binoculars camera sunscreen sunglasses hat medication - If you may be prone to seasickness, plan ahead. Medication only works when taken BEFORE boarding the vessel. Wristbands for motion sickness also can be effective. Either can be purchased at any drug store.

Plus, our interactive design stations let you design your own costume with styles inspired by the fabrics, headpieces and gowns seen in Camelot, Sweeney Todd and The Great Gatsby. Our pre-production experience also includes a high-definition touch screen casting table where you can view the authentic headshots and audition reels from some of your favorite actors like Oscar® winner Leonardo DiCaprio, the cast of The Vampire Diaries, and more! PRODUCTION In production, you’ll learn firsthand how actors and directors make the unforgettable scenes that keep you glued to your seat. Our production soundstage features the authentic Central Perk set from the hit TV show Friends where you can record a real screen test and reenact scenes from one of the funniest episodes. Join in the movie making magic yourself by riding the Nimbus 2000 or Firebolt brooms seen in the Harry Potter film series or ride the Bat-pod through the streets of Gotham in our green screen experience just like the actors do while filming. We’ll also reveal the secrets behind the visual effect known as ‘motion capture.’ You’ll also see how green screen technology was used to create the celestial, deep space visuals in Gravity and the thrilling fight sequences in The Matrix. Our post-production soundstage includes a fully equipped, state-of-the-art recording studio. Your Hot Air Balloon adventure begins when you meet your Pilot and Flight Crew. The flights meet approximately a 1/2 hour before sunrise. At the launch site, your flight crew will brief you on your upcoming balloon adventure. Then, you will watch with awe as your balloon takes shape before your eyes, ultimately standing more than 10 stories tall. Once fully inflated and ready for take off, you climb into the gondola and begin the adventure of a lifetime. During your flight you will get a spectacular bird's eye view of the gorgeous Red Rock Mountains and the famous Las Vegas Strip. You will drift silently over the Vegas Valley with 360 degree, unobstructed views of the world famous Las Vegas Strip, Red Rock Conservation Area and surrounding suburbs. After drifting serenely for approximately an hour you prepare for landing. Once on the ground, you will indulge in the oldest of ballooning traditions, a champagne toast, and revel in the peace, tranquility and beauty that you never before knew existed. For ballooning light winds are required, good visibility and no precipitation. You will fly at approximately 1000 feet. The flights are approximately one hour in length, however you are required you for up to 4 hours in total for the entire adventure. Since you will fly with the prevailing winds, the flight patterns and landing sites vary due to the changing wind directions. There is very little feeling of movement or sensation of height. Due to insurance restrictions Vegas Balloon Rides cannot accept passengers under the age of 10, women who are / or may be pregnant, or those with heart, back or knee problems. Should your flight be canceled by Vegas Balloon Rides due to inclement weather conditions, you simply will need to call the office on the number provided on the voucher and reschedule your flight.
