Enjoy a full day tour taking in some of the most dramatic scenery of the Scottish Highlands. Visit Glencoe and have the chance to enjoy a cruise on Loch Ness and a visit to Urquhart Castle.  From Glasgow you will travel north before making a refreshment stop on the shores of Loch Lomond. Travelling the length of the loch, you will climb up into the Highlands, over the unique, dramatic landscape of Rannoch Moor and the Black Mount to majestic Glencoe, one of Scotland’s most haunting glens, site of the 1692 massacre of the MacDonald clan.  Continuing via Loch Linnhe, you'll stop in the Fort William area for lunch, then journey onwards, passing beneath Britain’s highest mountain, Ben Nevis, before you enter the natural beauty of the Great Glen. Travelling on, you can admire the Caledonian Canal and the pretty village of Fort Augustus, enjoying spectacular views of Loch Ness as you drive along the shoreline to Urquhart Castle.  Loch Ness, 24 miles long and 700 feet deep, is most famous for sightings of the Loch Ness Monster, affectionately known as “Nessie”. You will spend 2 hours at Loch Ness, where you can choose to explore the ruins of Urquhart Castle* and learn of its history inside the modern visitor centre, and also take an Award Winning Jacobite cruise* across the loch.  Passing through Inverness, Capital of the Highlands, you will start your return journey home. Cross the Grampian Mountains and the woodland scenery of Perthshire, including the Forest of Atholl, with an evening refreshment stop at the Victorian resort town of Pitlochry, en route back to Glasgow.  *OPTIONAL EXTRA. First we head up to the West Coast, to the very top of the island, to Los Gigantes, the giant cliffs. here you have magnificent cliff views and here we will stop to give you the opportunity to take some treasued photos.Next we visit Icod de Los Vinos, home of the mysterious Drago Tree, the largest and longest known of its kind in the world. La Oratava, is a city of great architectural beauty, is the next port of call where the guide will recommend a restauarant that you may wish to have lunch in. This is optional and not included in the price. If you don´t wish to use the restaurant you will have free time and you can enjoy a picnic or sandwiches that you have brought from the hotel. You will end the cultural tour around the island with a stop at the Ocean side Basilicain Candelaria, the Patron Saint capital of the Canaries and the famous statue of the Black Madonna. Here, in this famous sqare you will also see the statues of the Gauch Menseyes (Kings), the first inhabitants of the Canaries. With lots of photo stops, this is a perfect way to see the island..  

The Liverpool Beatles Walking Tour  This easy walking tour is perfect for both first time visitors and for Beatles fans. With it's starting point less than a 5-minute walk from Liverpool cruise terminal, it is also an ideal shore excursion.  The tours are led by a fun, local guide and once bookings have reached a certain size, an extra guide will be used. You will never be in a huge group, making your tour a very personal experience with lots of time to ask questions and take photographs.   The Beatles Story Museum Languages Living History Audio Guide at Beatles Story Albert Dock has been compiled and is narrated by John Lennon's sister Julia and is complimentary. Ten languages: Brazilian Portuguese (new), English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin (new) Polish, Russian and Spanish. We also have a family audio guide in English.   Accessibility Parking – Albert Dock has a number of car parks on site and has in total eight accessible car parking bays, with three available in car park A, near to the estate’s main entrance and five in car park B opposite The Beatles Story and Premier Inn hotel. Wheelchairs – The exhibition is fully wheelchair accessible. Due to fire evacuation procedures, we can only admit three wheelchairs on site at any one time. We have a standard wheelchair available which can either be booked in advance by telephoning +44 (0) 151 709 1963 or borrowed on the day by asking a member of staff at the main entrance (subject to availability on the day). Lifts – We have two accessible lifts: One situated at our main entrance (accompanied with audio announcements) and one located in our Fab4 Store going down to the Fab4 Cafe. Toilets – Wheelchair-accessible toilets are available within the exhibition and also in the Fab4 Cafe area. Please see a member of staff for assistance. Induction Loops – Induction loops are available to use with our audio guides. Please see a member of staff when picking up your audio guide. Large Print Gallery Books – We have large print transcripts available in all 10 languages offered on our audio guide, which are available at our Admissions desk. The Fab4 Cafe is partially self-served – however, assistance is available if required.
