Der Cinsault wird alten Buschreben abgetrotzt, die in Granitböden bei Wellington wurzeln. Cabernet Sauvignon und Viognier stammen von den biologisch bewirtschafteten Lagen direkt beim Weingut in Franschhoek. Jede der Rebsorten liefert ihren Beitrag zur grossen Faszination dieses enorm substanzreichen und einzigartigen Gewächses.
