In einem dichten, glänzenden Gelb entwickelt der Wein in der Nase ein Bouquet mit Aromen von reifen Aprikosen und feine Gewürznoten mit einem Hauch von Honig. Am Gaumen ist der Wein lebhaft und blumig mit viel weicher Fülle, dabei sehr schön ausgewogen mit grossartiger Länge im Finale, das nochmals Noten von Toast und Honig freigibt. Passt zu Süsswasserfischen, wie in Butter gebratenem Zanderfilet mit feinem Gemüse, aber auch zu Kaninchenpastete oder mildem Ziegenkäse.
