Ein Wein mit kräftigem, fast vegetativem Bukett von Kräutern und Gewürzen gepaart mit einer reifen Tanninstruktur und weichen Fruchtkomponenten. In der Farbe präsentiert er sich dunkel und leuchtend. Passt zu: Rinderbraten mit kräftigen Saucen, kurz gebratenem dunklen Fleisch, zur Gans und gefüllter Pute, sowie zum Schwarzwild.

Diese Cuvee präsentiert sich strohgelb mit grünlichen Reflexen im Glas und verwöhnt mit Aromen von Passionsfrucht und Kräutern. Frisch und würzig mit ausgezeichnetem Qualitäts-Preis-Verhältnis.
