What time is best to visit? It's a question we're often asked, and the truth is that there is no best time to visit the Sydney Tower Eye. Whether it's bright sunshine, overcast, windy, night or even foggy, there's always something to see. Sunset is our busiest time of day, so if you want to catch an amazing sunet, be sure to arrive at least 45 minutes before sunset. 

After meeting up with your local guide, we will make our way over to the River North Art District (RiNo) using a Denver-only rideshare company. RiNo is an achingly hip, up-and-coming neighborhood that boasts a serious number of creative businesses and fun start-ups, without a chain store in site.  Our first stop will be one of Denver’s newest and most popular distilleries. Serving an impressive array of flavored seasonal gins and exceptional vodka amongst other ‘spirited’ drinks, no detail is overlooked by this family-run establishment. We will enjoy the bar and terrace area (weather permitting) as we sip superb liquors made from top quality local grains and fruit. Next up it’s time to experience what Denver is famed for: its unbelievably good craft beer scene. We’ll make our way to our absolute favorite local brewery to sample a flight of beers. The large tanks inside may look ultra serious but don’t be fooled — this establishment may well be the most fun place in Denver to hang out on a summer evening and you’ll get to see why the locals love it so much.  After boozing on liquor and beer, we think it’s time to get some food into you! And not just any food will do — we are going to take you to a place that has become a magnet for foodies all over Denver, where we’ll enjoy some locally sourced gastro delights that will show you why Denver is gaining a strong reputation as a fabulous foodie hot spot.  But wait, we’re not done yet! A short walk after dinner will take us to a beloved local cidery, to try a uniquely dry style of cider. You will love the rare flavor profiles and interesting variations that this joint specialises in, so prepare to be wowed!  As we finish our rounds, you may find that you want to stay out and play and we wouldn’t blame you one bit, as RiNo is awesome! We can leave you to marinate longer and find your own way home (we’re always happy to advise on the best way to do so) or, if you decide to stick with us, we’ll drop you in an area where there’s plenty more to see, do and drink during the rest of your dynamite Denver night out. Departing Edinburgh, you travel north-west for your first stop of the day at magnificent Stirling Castle*, one of Scotland’s most historically significant castles, sitting high on volcanic rock and offering wonderful views of the surrounding landscape. You will have time to visit the castle and learn of the exploits of key historic figures including William Wallace, Robert the Bruce and Mary Queen of Scots. With lots of interesting things to see and do here, the Stirling Castle experience is a must for any visitor to Scotland.  You then continue on, past medieval Doune Castle, to the pretty town of Callander, situated on the banks of the River Teith in Stirlingshire, where you will have a chance to stop to enjoy some lunch. From here we enter The Trossachs National Park, also known as “The Highlands in miniature” for its abundance of lochs, mountains and forests, and famous as the homeland of legendary outlaw, Rob Roy MacGregor.  You will then reach the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond, one of the prettiest and largest lochs in the whole of Scotland. Here you can enjoy an hour long cruise* taking in spectacular views of the loch’s many islands and the surrounding mountains. Alternatively, take a stroll through the picturesque loch-side conservation village of Luss, with its quaint houses, cafes and stunning views across the loch’s western shoreline. Our tour begins with a coach drive direct to the dark side of London. The Theatre Drury Lane, said to be the most haunted theatre in London, your guide will tell you why! We see The Old Bailey - the site of numerous public hangings, drive along Fleet Street, home of Sweeny Todd - the demon barber of Fleet Street - and his accomplice, Mrs Lovatt, who was said to have baked pies from the flesh of his victims, selling them to unsuspecting customers. As the shadows lengthen, we approach London's East End, a hotbed of crime and vice in the 19th century. During the autumn of 1888, terror struck when Jack the Ripper came out of the fog and dimly lit alleys just long enough to stalk and butcher his five victims. We leave the coach and walk his death trail inspecting the murder sites, deciphering the evidence and discussing the suspects. We will see the 10 Bells Pub, built in 1752 where many of Jack the Ripper's victims were said to have drunk. To this day the case remains unsolved. This is a combination coach/walking tour and will finish at a traditional pub.
