At its zenith in the 1st millennium AD, this was one of the largest cities in the Americas with over 100,000 inhabitants. Accompanied by your local guide you'll explore the magnificent Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon, the Avenue of the Dead and the Temples of Quetzacoatl and the Butterflies.  Then we'll move on to the Shrine of our Lady of Guadalupe, the most visited religious site in Latin America. The Shrine was built in 1531 after a local peasant saw a vision of a girl surrounded by light, asking that a church be built in her honour. She identified herself as the Virgin Mary and left an image of herself imprinted miraculously on his peasant cloak.  The shrine itself is a wonderful example of Spanish Baroque Art and is one of the most important pilgrimage sites for Roman Catholics in the world.

Don't forget your camera, as the tour has many oppurtunities for photos! The tour begins at the West end of Fisherman’s Wharf. No pregnant guests. Not recommended for some guests over age 70 or with mobility, motor control or recent surgeries. Under 18 must go on tour with parents or guardian. All tours start on time, so please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. For the safety and complete training of our guest late arrivals will not be allowed to join a tour that has already started training. Please be on time.   Enjoy riding an eco-friendly Segway, see more sights than you could cover on foot, and have lots of fun!

Drive the 10km trail in your own vehicle or travel on-board one of our 4 x 4 bush trucks and cross vast plains where over 1,000 animals and 250 different species roam free. Find yourself face to face with the major animal groups from the world over: you're invited to visit the lions, rhinoceros, tigers as well as wolves, elephants and giraffes! Warning: please note that driving in a vehicle without a roof (convertibles, open-top vehicles, motorbikes, trail bikes...) is not allowed in the Safari Trail, for a matter of safety. If your vehicle does not have a roof, please take a ticket for the Raid 4x4 guided tour (depending on the number of seats that are available). TEMPLE DE LA JUNGLE NEW ! The Temple de la Jungle is a mix between adventure and discover thanks to its suspended bridge, that immerses you in the animals environment up to the treetops. Sharing their space with small Asian antelopes and pot-bellied pigs, macaques are fascinating by their social behaviors so close to ours. A new playful universe for the delight of the whole family.
