After departing San Francisco, you’ll head through California’s capital city, Sacramento, through the Sierra foothills and into the famous Gold Rush Country, cresting a high mountain pass within the Sierra Nevada. Then we’ll wind our way through large pine forests, before dramatically descending into South Lake Tahoe. Afternoon:  In the evening, we’ll settle into our centrally located hotel and then head out to happy hour with the Apres Ski crowd at the base of Heavenly Mountain Resort before a comfy night’s rest.   SAMPLE ITINERARY – DAY 2 (FRIDAY) SOUTH LAKE TAHOE: CHOOSE YOUR ADVENTURE All Day:  While masses of people are piling into their cars to head to the mountains, you’ll be on the first lift up to carve the groomers, or to get fresh tracks in that Heavenly powder! Don’t worry if you’re not really into skiing, our guides will offer the opportunity to go out on a fabulously scenic drive on the mountain roads surrounding Lake Tahoe, or maybe even a snowshoe adventure! If you’re really just here for the casinos, they’re open 24 hours, and you’re welcome to see if Lady Luck is on your side all day if you like! Don’t want to miss out on any of it? No problem, we’re flexible: our guides know their stuff, and we’ll help you fit in a scenic drive in the morning, get yourself a half day ticket on the mountain, and then hit the casinos all night long!   SAMPLE ITINERARY – DAY 3 (SATURDAY) SOUTH LAKE TAHOE TO SQUAW VALLEY & TRUCKEE, CA Morning:  We’ll hit the road early this morning and head toward historic Tahoe City taking in views of Emerald Bay before heading toward the famous Squaw Valley Resort. If you’re heading up onto this epic ski and snowboarding destination today, you’ll be glad if you dusted off the cobwebs on Heavenly yesterday. This place is the real deal, where you can often see extreme athletes pushing the envelope, soaring from the cliffs as you ride up the famous KT-22 Express. Make sure you bring your swimsuit too: the High Camp Pool and Hot Tub high on the resort is open for business…all winter long! This side of the lake also offers amazing snowshoeing or cross country skiing opportunities as well. Once again, you’ll be offered the choice to head up on the ski hill, or we’ll take you out on the trails through Stanislaus National Forest or maybe a snowshoe hike near the Donner Memorial State Park and explore the history of the ill-fated pioneers of the Donner Party as they struggled to travel west in their wagons and became stranded in the winter of 1846-47. The boat departs from the old port of Fira and heads towards the volcanic island of Nea Kameni, which lies just 10 minutes away from the bay of Fira. The boat will remain there for 1 hour 15 mins. This gives you plenty of time to walk up to the volcano’s active craters and take photos- it takes about 20 mins. It is worth reaching the top to experience the smoke evaporating and the sulfur's intense smell, when you scratch the volcano’s surface. The next stop is the island of Palaia Kameni where the Hot Springs are located. The boat anchors a few meters outside the small bay of Agios Nikolaos, it lowers down a ladder in the water and you will have 30 mins for a revitalising swim! You can swim a distance of about 30 meters into the famous mud baths of Palaia Kameni which are believed to have beneficial abilities for skin and other diseases. The water temperature is 30-35 degrees Celsius, but it is constantly mixed with sea water. The island of Thirassia is the next destination of your sailing tour, where you will have 2 hours free time to swim in the crystal waters of Korfos or to taste the local dishes in one of the traditional taverns.You can walk or take a donkey ride to the nearby picturesque village of Manolas with its narrow streets - the view from there to Santorini is definitely worth a visit.  The journey reaches its peak at Oia. During the boat ride to the port of Oia, you will experience sailing near the volcanic cliffs for a chance to capture with your camera the unique landscape. At the port, you will disembark and you will go up the 275 steps or ride a donkey to meet your bus that will take you to the village of Oia. There you will have free time to walk through the narrow streets, take pictures of the mesmerizing scenery and watch the famous sunset. Right after the sunset the bus will take you back to Fira Central Square. You should bring with you: Comfortable shoes (sport shoes/rubber sole) Light summer clothes (shorts/T-shirts) Sunblock cream and hat  Bathing suit and towel A jacket for the evening (it gets breezy) Cash for the entrance fees to the volcano, the drinks on board and the cable car or donkey ride

Celestún es una de esas excursiones que no te puedes perder si estás en Mérida, Yucatán. Es un pequeño poblado de pescadores con hermosas playas, maravillosa naturaleza y que está localizado a tan solo 90 km de Mérida dentro del Golfo de México. Ya que tiene una Ría conserva un manglar de gran tamaño y por lo tanto tiene una biodiversidad basta, que incluye al Flamenco Caribeño o rosado.

Where does the tour start? All tours start outside Gate 2 of Etihad Stadium, located in the Docklands area of the Melbourne CBD. Etihad Stadium can be easily reached via walking, train or tram (take any of trams 11, 35, 48, 70, 75, 86 or 96) and exiting at Southern Cross Station. Do I need to arrive early for my tour? It is advised that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your tour start time so that you can check in and go to the toilet or grab some snacks before the tour starts. What do I need to bring on the tour with me? It is highly recommended that you bring with you a poncho, umbrella, suncream, water and a hat. You can never guess what Melbourne's weather will do next! Do you offer tours in languages other than English? At present all of our tours are conducted only in English however we are working towards offering tours in additional languages. Is the tour suitable for all ages and for wheelchair users? The tour is suitable for all ages however unfortunately is not suitable for wheelchairs. What happens in the event of bad weather? Does the tour still run? A little rain never hurt anybody! City Sports Tours runs in all weathers. We will contact you if a tour is to be cancelled due to bad weather. If you don't hear from us then assume the tour is on!

ITINERARY: Day 1 (L): Pick up at hotel and drive to Mekong Delta. Enjoying 4 – hour boat trip and rowing boat trip in small canals to visit An Binh Island. Have a short walk around village, visit some local workshops, coconut factory and ancient house. Lunch served at a local garden. Continue boat trip to Vinh Long then drive to Can Tho. Free for night discovery in Can Tho. Day 2 (B/L): After breakfast at hotel, take a motor boat to visit Cai Rang – the most fascinating floating market where we can see all trading activities in Mekong river. Continue to Ba Cong orchard garden, walk around to see the colorful local life, visit Muni Rangsay pagoda. Before back to Sai Gon, we will visit Vinh Trang Pagoda which is one of Vietnam popular destinations. Lunch served on the way back to HCM.
