Der RGB 3C IR ist praktisch ein 3-Kanal RGB LED-Controller. Er ist für die Steuerung standardmäßiger 3-Kanal RGB-Geräten konzipiert, wo der Kanal 1 rot, Kanal 2 grün und Kanal 3 blau ist. Alle LED-Geräte müssen auf den Betrieb im DMX-Modus eingestellt und auf den DMX-Kanal 4 adressiert sein. Das Bedienfeld des Geräts umfasst 9 \"Statische Farbe/Chase\"-Tasten. Diese enthalten vorinstallierte Farbeinstellungen und Chase-Programme, 3 manuelle RGB-Fader, sodass die gewünschte Farbe während des Betriebs eingestellt werden kann, eine Taste für die Programmauswahl für den Zugriff auf 7 statische Farben und 10 Chase-Programme per Programmauswahl-Fader. Dazu eine Musiksteuerungs-Taste, die die 10 Chase-Programme in Zufallssequenz über ein eingebautes Mikrofon aktiviert, eine Auto-Taste zur Aktivierung der 10 Chase-Programme in Zufallssequenz, während die Geschwindigkeit der Chases über den Speed-Fader gesteuert werden kann. Wenn die Hold-Taste aktiviert ist, sind alle Tasten und Fader deaktiviert und die aktuelle Szene wird angehalten. Der Controller bleibt auch dann gesperrt, wenn das Gerät ausund eingeschaltet wird; schließlich schaltet die Taste Blackout (Verdunkelung) alle Werte der Lichtausgabe auf 0, sodass es keine Ausgabe an Ihre Geräte gesandt wird.
