Poliorama Theatre The Teatre Poliorama was inaugurated in 1906, it was built inside the building of “Real Academia de Ciencias y Artes” of Barcelona. Located in the heart of the Ramblas of Barcelona, one of the most famous and visited streets in the world, the Teatre Poliorama has always played a prominent role in the catalan cultural life. During the Spanish Civil War, seized by the CNT-FAI, was the scene of shootings carried out by members of the POUM and CNT that George Orwell described in his work “Homage to Catalonia”. A personal story of the writer about his participation in the conflict between the years of 1937 and 1938. The Teatre Poliorama is considered a classic of Las Ramblas and one of the main points of diffusion of culture in Barcelona. Program:

Con una galería doble a cada lado, el barco cuenta con suficientes ventanales para que todo el mundo pueda ver los abundantes peces. La cubierta principal tiene bar, aseos y una zona de ocio. El piso superior cuenta con un amplio solárium, ideal para tomar el sol y disfrutar del paisaje, mientras que el piso inferior está semisumergido para mejorar la visión submarina.  Pero el espectáculo no está solo en el mar. Desde los pisos superiores se puede disfrutar de unas vistas impresionantes de las escarpadas costas de los municipios de Calvià y Andratx. No te pierdas las hermosas playas, las recónditas calas y los abruptos acantilados y rocosos islotes que se elevan por encima de las olas. Verás mansiones de millonarios, yates de lujo y muchas cosas más. Apreciarás el espectacular y muchas veces inhóspito perfil de la costa mallorquina. Where does the tour start? All tours start outside Gate 2 of Etihad Stadium, located in the Docklands area of the Melbourne CBD. Etihad Stadium can be easily reached via walking, train or tram (take any of trams 11, 35, 48, 70, 75, 86 or 96) and exiting at Southern Cross Station. Do I need to arrive early for my tour? It is advised that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your tour start time so that you can check in and go to the toilet or grab some snacks before the tour starts. What do I need to bring on the tour with me? It is highly recommended that you bring with you a poncho, umbrella, suncream, water and a hat. You can never guess what Melbourne's weather will do next! Do you offer tours in languages other than English? At present all of our tours are conducted only in English however we are working towards offering tours in additional languages. Is the tour suitable for all ages and for wheelchair users? The tour is suitable for all ages however unfortunately is not suitable for wheelchairs. What happens in the event of bad weather? Does the tour still run? A little rain never hurt anybody! City Sports Tours runs in all weathers.
