With one ticket, you will be able to hop on and off the bus all day along the route of your choice or change to another, admiring the architectural and cultural magnificence of Madrid, with the commentaries offered through a headphones audio system in fourteen different languages. You will be given a map of the city and discount checks for different shops and restaurants in the city. The operational frequency, depending on the season of the year, ranges approximately between 7 and 15 minutes, depending on the season. Route 1 takes about 80 min. And Route 2 lasts about 65 minutes. After lunch, we'll travel along the south rim for spectacular views and great photo opportunities. We then exit the Canyon on the east end for a majestic view of the Colorado River. The Grand Canyon Experience includes your personally guided and narrated tour, National Park entrance fees, and complimentary hotel pick-up and return.

The participants are received at the meeting point, at the end of the seating area of the dolphinarium, by a guide. He/She will welcome the participants and introduce the activity.
The participants have to shower and change in the prepared facilities at the meeting point. There are lockers and ladies’/gents’ changing rooms and in which they may leave their belongings. After showering and putting on the wet suit, the participants will have to wash their hands with a disinfectant (clorhexidine).
Upon entering the dolphinarium platform each participant will go through a footbath that will contain water and a disinfectant product for footwear (clorhexidine).
The group approaches the pool while the trainers bring the dolphins to be able to give an educational talk about morphology and characteristics.
Once the talk is finished, the visitors sit at the edge of the pool with their feet in the water, having the chance to interact with the dolphins by means of signals under the trainers’ instructions.
Then the group of visitors will enter the pool that has been prepared for the activity and each participant has a moment’s individual Encounter, the chance to interact with the dolphins and has the chance briefly to touch a dolphin [strictly under the instruction and supervision of a qualified trainer].
Upon finishing, the group of visitors will be accompanied to the Meeting area where each participant will have to shower/change and collect his/her belongings.
The group is bid farewell with a message about conservation and protection of the environment.   A truly wonderful unforgettable experience!

Where does the tour start? All tours start outside Gate 2 of Etihad Stadium, located in the Docklands area of the Melbourne CBD. Etihad Stadium can be easily reached via walking, train or tram (take any of trams 11, 35, 48, 70, 75, 86 or 96) and exiting at Southern Cross Station. Do I need to arrive early for my tour? It is advised that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your tour start time so that you can check in and go to the toilet or grab some snacks before the tour starts. What do I need to bring on the tour with me? It is highly recommended that you bring with you a poncho, umbrella, suncream, water and a hat. You can never guess what Melbourne's weather will do next! Do you offer tours in languages other than English? At present all of our tours are conducted only in English however we are working towards offering tours in additional languages. Is the tour suitable for all ages and for wheelchair users? The tour is suitable for all ages however unfortunately is not suitable for wheelchairs. What happens in the event of bad weather? Does the tour still run? A little rain never hurt anybody! City Sports Tours runs in all weathers. We will contact you if a tour is to be cancelled due to bad weather. If you don't hear from us then assume the tour is on!
