Catamaran Cruises sail out from Cambrils harbour twice a day and offer the opportunity to see the coastlines and beautiful beaches of the Costa Darauda whilst out at sea. Meet new friends & enjoy the sights whilst relaxing & soaking up the sun and having fun. The best bit is when the sailing stops and the fun begins. Watch as the men jump in the water to the cries of ‘Tsunami’ as the waves splash anyone near to them. This is when great friendships can be struck up as the children and the adults splash about in the sea. If you want to stay on board this is the perfect opportunity to sunbathe but make sure you have plenty of sun cream as the sun can be deceiving, particularly with the sea breeze! Leaving Glasgow you will head north-west through the rugged Highlands of Scotland until you reach Inveraray, a quaint town built in the mid-18th century on the shores of Loch Fyne. Here you can choose to visit Inveraray Castle* the historic home of the Duke of Argyll, chief of the Clan Campbell, nestled in large beautiful gardens overlooking Loch Fyne. Alternatively, explore the town’s white-washed Georgian houses, wide streets and breathtaking views across the loch.  Your route climbs further north into the Highlands through stunning scenery marked by several dramatic castles and beautiful lochs. You'll pause to admire Kilchurn Castle, one of Scotland’s most photographed castles, nestled on the banks of Loch Awe and beautifully framed by mountains.  Next you will make a stop for lunch in the picturesque harbour town of Oban, ‘Gateway to the Isles’, with free time to explore its horseshoe bay and see MacCaig’s Folly, an iconic 19th century tower reminiscent of the Colosseum in Rome.  After free time exploring, we travel onwards past the 15th century Castle Stalker, which is set on a small island on Loch Laich, before reaching Glencoe, one of Scotland’s most haunting glens and site of the 1692 massacre of the MacDonald clan.  The return journey will take you over the dramatic landscape of Rannoch Moor and the Black Mount before you make the final stop at the pretty conservation village of Luss on the ‘Bonnie, Bonnie Banks’ of Loch Lomond. Here you can feel free to walk along the shore or admire the village before returning to Glasgow.  *OPTIONAL EXTRA. You'll embark on an entirely glass-enclosed restaurant for truly enjoyable lunch. Day(s) of Operation: Tuesdays (Full Day) Description: Driving through the Spanish Andalucia region, passing the capital Seville, towards Jerez de la Frontera (home of the famous sherry) passing by the cotton fields onwards through the Route of the Bull. On arrival, 5 hours free time for shopping and optional Rock tour. The Little Britain off the Spanish Coastline.
