Dunkle purpurrote Farbe, fruchtiges Bouquet von schwarzen Kirschen, Pflaumen und Cassis, vegetabile Noten mit grüner Paprika und feinen Holz Tönen. Am Gaumen ist er sehr konzentriert, vollmundig und sehr gut ausbalanciert.

Unglaublich charmanter Bordeaux. Noten von Kirsche, ein Hauch Cassis, etwas Mokka und schöne Würze in der Nase. Am Gaumen zeigt er sich mit viel Finesse und unglaublicher Frische. Duftig und delikat, präsente und dennoch milde Gerbstoffe. Ausbalanciert, saftig und kühl. Schöne Länge mit erneut würziger Frucht. Ein absolut klassischer Bordeaux vom linken Ufer, nicht überextrahiert und daher fast ein bisschen old school. Passt zu: gebratenem Fleisch, Wildgeflügel, Eintopf.
