Für diese geräucherten Makrelen verwenden wir ausschließlich Fische aus dem Nordostatlantik die ohne weitere Aromaten nur mit Salz und heißem Rauch veredelt werden. In unseren hauseigenen Öfen intensiviert sich dabei der feine Eigengeschmack und es entsteht eine saftige Räucherfischdelikatesse mit kräftiger Rauchnote.
