L'Hemisfèric’s function is as a projection hall with three separate systems projecting onto a curved 900sq.m screen above more than 300 patrons. There’s an Imax dome, a 3D digital screen and digital full dome projections, often of an astronomical nature. Lie back and be transported to another dimension. All these dramatic features have earned nicknames such as the Eye of Knowledge and the Planetarium. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and in the case of L'Hemisfèric, it truly is a sight to behold.
The Imax dome serves as the ‘pupil’ of the eye and the ‘eyelid’ opens and closes by means of hydraulic lifts, which operate the steel and glass shutter. The building itself is surrounded by a massive pond, the bottom of which is glass, creating the illusion of the eye as a whole. The interior boasts a delightful little effect that allows you and a friend to stand at two opposite pillars inside the eye that allow you to talk with each other as if you were side by side.

Descubre la ciudad pedaleando sobre unas cómodas bicicletas y con un simpático guía que te llevará a conocer, a lo largo de una tranquila ruta, los detalles históricos, las fascinantes experiencias del día a día de la ciudad y los lugares más emblemáticos y simbólicos.
Realiza un relajante recorrido por la ciudad de Barcelona, pasarás por espacios culturales y singulares como el Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Barcelona, situado en el barrio del Raval, cuya rambla cuenta con un habitante muy singular, el ‘Gato’ de Botero. El guía te explicará algunas curiosidades sobre este barrio, y a continuación te conducirá por la plaza Real, la plaza Sant Jaume, la carismática plaza de San Felipe Neri, la majestuosa Catedral, las murallas romanas o la plaza del Rey entre muchos otros sitios emblemáticos.
Iniciarás el descenso hasta la zona marítima para llegar a las playas en donde, si el tiempo acompaña, podrás hacer una parada. Visitarás el Port Vell, el barrio de la Barceloneta, el puerto olímpico y en el camino de regreso atravesarás el Parque de la Ciutadella y pararás delante de la Sagrada Familia.

You travel first to Stirling Castle where you can visit this imposing stronghold, the favourite residence of the Stuart kings, where Mary Queen of Scots was crowned. You then continue into the beautiful forest-covered mountains of the Trossachs and stop for lunch in heart of the National Park. This area, on the southern edge of the Highlands was home to Rob Roy Macgregor, the famous Scottish outlaw.
From here a short drive takes you to the “bonny, bonny banks” of Loch Lomond. At Loch Lomond you can visit the National Park Centre or walk along part of the West Highland Way to a hilltop viewpoint with spectacular views of the loch. Afterwards visit the malt whisky distillery of Glengoyne for a tour and dram before your return journey to Glasgow.
