Welschriesling hat viele Facetten. Am Neusiedlersee liefert er edelsüsse Beerenauslesen, Gerhard Wohlmuth bereitet ihn steirisch trocken als frischen Sommerwein. Leicht im Alkohol, mit saftiger Zitrusfrucht und feiner Kräuterwürze.

Fruchtiges Bukett mit Noten von Apfel, Zitrus und frischem Heu. Im Geschmack sehr saftig und anregend mit viel Finesse im Abgang. Passt zu: Fischgerichten und Meeresfrüchten Austern , auch zu Gemüseterrinen, zarten Käsesorten Frischkäse, junger Gouda und salzigen Snacks.

Der Wein duftet nach reifen gelben Früchten, Äpfeln, Limetten und Mango, ergänzt durch dezente Eichenholznoten, ist saftig und vollmundig mit frischem Finale. Die handgelesenen Trauben kommen von verschiedenen Weinbergen auf Höhen zwischen 900 und 1.500 Metern und werden zweimal manuell selektiert. Der Ausbau in französischem Eichenholz ist in dieser Preisklasse ganz und gar nicht an der Tagesordnung.

Tiefdunkles Kirschrot. Mineralisch, intensive florale Aromen, Veilchen, Noten von Kirsch-, Erd- und Himbeeren. Im Geschmack frisch und ausdrucksvoll, angenehm lang anhaltender Abgang. Passt zu: Geflügel, Schmorgerichten und Nudeln mit dunklen Saucen.
