Nicht nur in der Farbe ist er ein typischer Vertreter dieser Rebsorte, auch im Charakter: Er besticht durch seinen intensiv fruchtigen Duft mit Ahnungen von Lakritze sowie durch seinen überaus eleganten, vollmundigen Geschmack.

Ein Wein mit kräftigem, fast vegetativem Bukett von Kräutern und Gewürzen gepaart mit einer reifen Tanninstruktur und weichen Fruchtkomponenten. In der Farbe präsentiert er sich dunkel und leuchtend.
