After the booking you will receive a voucher which you'll need to exchange at the either of two Discover Cracow Tourist Information Point:

NOTE: Only exchanged vouchers will be accepted at the Museum's Ticket Office.
The package is valid in three Museums.
The last admission to the Schindler's Factory Museum is 90 minutes before the closing time.
The ticket price does not include a guide, however if you would like a guided tour of the museum, you may also choose this option.
To get a student discount students must have a student ID card during the tour and show it to the DiscoverCracow
representative when asked
