In Edelstahltanks gereift, ist dieser Wein zart, fruchtig und voller Dichte. Dunkles Rubinrot mit violetten Reflexen. In der Nase dunkle Beerenfrüchte, vor allem Brombeere, etwas Dörrzwetschke, mediterrane Kräuter und leichte Gewürznoten. Die Tannine sind sehr schöne eingebettet. Ein sehr langes Finale

Mittleres Gelb mit silbernen Reflexen im Gals, leuchtend. Duftet nach frischen Zitrusfrucht, gelbe Birne,Karambolafrucht, zarte Anklänge von Zimt und Vanille. Am Gaumen ist der Wein saftig, frisch aber kraftvoll, elegant mit mineralischen Touch. Der Nachhall ist intensiv, würzig und lang. Passt zu: Merresfrüchten, gebratenen Fischgerichten, z.B. Dorade royal mit Limonen Butter und Linguine.
