Pian delle Vigne Brunello di Montalcino

Der Wein erscheint mit einem schimmernden Granatrot. Sein Bukett öffnet sich mit Noten von roter Johannisbeere sowie Himbeere. Begleitet werden diese Fruchtnoten von einer Spur Zimt und auch Chili. Am Gaumen ist er sehr voll und elegant mit angenehm kräftigen Tanninen und einer mineralsichen Note. Passt zu: geschmortem Rind oder gerilltem Lamm.

As a working distillery, visitors must wear sensible footwear on the distillery tour (no high heels or open toed shoes permitted). Unfortunately, dogs (except assistance dogs) are not permitted in the visitor centre or distillery. Minimum drinking age 18 years.  Children must be accompanied by an adult. Distillery tours take place throughout the day, and include a chance to visit the warehouse to learn more about the angels’ share and Dewar’s unreasonable commitment to quality - double aging the whisky for a richer smoother flavour. Take time to explore the heritage centre and enjoy a dram in the whisky lounge (over 18s only!).
