You’ll travel through discover 7 unique nocturnal zones - from the Nepalese River Valley to the Asian Rainforest and see some of the world’s most exotic species including fearsome predators, primates and cuddly marsupials. The best way to travel through the seven geographical zones is by a 40 minute long open air guided tram. This moving escapade gives you the best seat in the house (or jungle) to observe the animals on the rugged foothills of the Himalaya and the deepest recesses of the Asian riverine forest. Journey through the meandering trail past the authentically created habitats. The naturalistic habitats are designed to simulate the animals’ native habitats and are illuminated with subtle moonglow lighting. The Night Safari also has a no-cage policy and is an open concept zoo. During the visit, make time to experience the live open air shows, showcasing acrobatic animal demonstrations and spectacular tribal dance and pyrotechnics. The Creatures of the Night and Thumbuakar Performance shows add an extra dimension to your animal adventure with their display of animal talent and fire-eating and tribal dances respectively. 

From your starting point by Edinburgh Castle, you head out of the city to the charming village of Roslin, making your first stop at one of Scotland’s most extraordinary buildings - Rosslyn Chapel*. The Chapel’s worldwide fame increased thanks to Dan Brown’s bestselling novel ‘The Da Vinci Code’. Described as the “Library in Stone”, the inside walls of Rosslyn Chapel are adorned with thousands of ancient carvings, each with a story of its own. You can also learn of the myths and legends surrounding the chapel, including tales of the Knights Templar.  Leaving Rosslyn you will continue into the heart of the Scottish Borders, an area rich in hills, valleys, rivers and moorland, as well as being the traditional home to Scottish rugby. Next travel to the historic town of Melrose, birthplace of the game of Rugby Sevens and location of Melrose Abbey, founded in 660 AD, and said to be the burial place of the casket containing the heart of Robert the Bruce. Here you stop for lunch and have free time to explore Melrose and its Abbey*.  On your return journey, you will travel via the village of St. Boswells and pause for a photo stop at Scott’s View, where you can enjoy glorious scenic views overlooking the valley of the River Tweed, reputed to be one of the favourite beauty spots of the famous Scottish author, Sir Walter Scott. The journey north takes you to Pencaitland, where you will visit the charming Glenkinchie Distillery*, one of the few Lowland whisky distilleries in Scotland.  Here you can enjoy “a tour and a taste”, learn more about “the water of life” and sample some of Glenkinchie’s finest malts. Bateau Bus This stop is located on the North quay of the Port Hercule, opposite the large yachts. During the Monaco Grand Prix, you will find yourself exactly within the famous chicane where the formula 1 cars have to brake hard, having reached 250 kmph when leaving the tunnel. From this stop you can take the boat bus that takes you from the other side of the port, to the foot of the old town, very close to the cruise terminal. A few hundred metres from here you can also walk to the magnificent terraces of the Casino, taking the lifts located at the entrance to the tunnel. Jardin Japonais Located close the Portier car park, from this stop you can visit the Japanese Garden and the Grimaldi Forum. Sporting On the boundary between MONACO and Beausoleil, from this stop you can visit the beaches, the Sporting or the hotel Monte-Carlo Bay. Villa Sauber NEW NATIONAL MUSEUM OF MONACO Open every day from 11.00 to 19.00 (summer) and from 10.00 to 18.00 (winter). Monte-Carlo Casino You have now arrived in the Monte-Carlo district. Place du Palais This is the first stop on the famous Rocher [Rock]. This is where there is the changing of the Guard every day at 12.00 .
