ITINERARY This lively evening tour around the heart of Dublin City, delivered by a top class local guide with music and plenty of craic on board, is the ultimate way to learn about Dublin, its people, nightlife and attractions. On our Night Tour you'll soak up the atmosphere of the city's redeveloped business district - including the floodlit Convention Centre and the famous Dublin Dockland's skyline.  There are plenty of beautiful things in Dublin City by night. From the sparkling ‘Spire’ in O’Connell Street to the bustling streets of Temple Bar. You won’t be disappointed with the journey through Dublin City. This 1 hour round trip is one of the most interesting things to do in Dublin city by night and the perfect way to start your evening before having dinner, going to the theatre or a gig. 

In these waters you also have a good chance of catching sight of whales and dolphins that may suddenly jump up out the waters around you!  Enjoy the view from the sun deck, relax and top up your tan. Our friendly and experienced crew will find the perfect place to drop anchor while you go for a swim, have a banana ride, snorkel or just relax and soak up the sun.Everything is onboard to have a good time, all you have to do is turn up! Enjoy breakfast with pastries and juice and then tuck into a tasty barbecue with unlimited wine, beer, soft drinks and water. Unfortunately children under the age of 4 are not permitted on this excursion. Have a great day out at sea on an ocean going yacht. The price can vary according to visit date and time selected.  Day The climb departs from morning to late afternoon (after “dawn” and before “twilight”), exposing the hum and buzz of the city in full swing. 5 Things you need to know before your climb Health & Safety Your health and safety is important: If you are pregnant or have any pre-existing health conditions you may need to provide a doctor’s Certificate of Fitness note before you climb. You must have a blood-alcohol reading below 0.05 to climb (the same as if you are driving). You will be asked to complete a BridgeClimb Declaration Form before your Climb. Please be honest about your health so we can ensure your wellbeing is not at risk. All discussions will be confidential.  Preparations How should you prepare for your Climb: Ensure that you have eaten before your Climb and you’re well-hydrated – the experience can last up to 3 ½ hours. Wear comfortable, enclosed rubber-soled shoes such as running, sport or hiking shoes and don’t forget your sunglasses. It is recommend to wear comfortable clothing. You will be equipped with everything else you need for your Climb! Ensure you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled Climb time to allow enough time to check in. Personal Belongings All your personal belongings can be stored in lockers, including cameras: there are FREE secure lockers for you to keep your personal belongings in, including phones, cameras and GoPros. The Climb Leaders will capture photos of you during your Climb. For safety and security reasons, cameras, video technology and mobile devices are prohibited on the Climb. Restrictions You must be 8 years old and 1.2 metres in height, or taller: Children aged 8 to 15 must be accompanied by and are the responsibility of an adult, with a maximum of three children per adult.  Weather Conditions Climbs operate in all weather conditions: You will equipped with all the gear you need to keep you dry, but remember to bring your own shoes, which should be enclosed, like running shoes. In case of extreme weather conditions like electrical storms or during times of extremely high wind, Climbs may be postponed. 

Leaving Glasgow you travel north-east to Stirling, where your first stop is the WallaceMonument*; a towering stone testimonial to the Scottish legend William Wallace. Inside you will find fascinating exhibits leading you through the life of the real Braveheart and most impressive of all, Wallace’s legendary 5ft 6in(1.7m) tall broadsword.  You then travel further north to Gleneagles Hotel Estate - one of Scotland’s world class golf resorts and site of the 2014 Ryder Cup. Enjoy a photo opportunity here and see where the international legends of golf play.  You will continuey your journey through the pretty countryside of Perthshire to your next stop in Crieff, where we visit The Famous Grouse Experience* at Glenturret Distillery. Learn about the traditional whisky-making process, see how you measure up to the world’s largest bottle of whisky and sample some of ‘The Water of Life’ itself at the fantastic Taste Experience bar. Timberbush Tours customers can also enjoy an exclusive tasting of the Black Grouse Alpha Edition; a rich, smoky blend available only at Glenturret Distillery. Enjoy a range of tasty lunch options in the Glenturret Cafe or take a stroll in the distillery grounds. In the afternoon you will travel west past beautiful Loch Earn and down through Strathyre to Kilmahog Woollen Mill for the chance to meet Hamish the Highland cow† continue on through the Trossachs - Scotland’s first national park, known as ‘the Highlands in miniature’ for its abundance of lochs, mountains and forests, where you'll discover the lands of legendary outlaw, Rob Roy MacGregor. You will then make a brief refreshment stop in the pretty town of Aberfoyle, before returning to Glasgow.  *OPTIONAL EXTRA. †Hamish the Highland cow is moved to another location during winter months.
