Champagner-Rose, dessen selektiertes Traubengut von zum Teil bis zu 45 Jahre alten Rebstöcken mit reduziertem Ertrag stammt. Sein zartes Rosa erinnern an verblühte roten Rosenblätter. Zeigt im Glas eine feine Perlage. Frisches, facettenreiches Bukett, delikat, mit Noten von frischen Blumensträussen, Walderdbeeren und Kirschen, frisch geschnittenem Heu und einem Hauch von Lindenblüten. Am Gaumen präsentiert er sich sanft und weich. Auch hier dominieren Erdbeernoten, dazu gesellen sich Zitrusfrüchte, ein Hauch von Gewürzen und getrockneten Kräutern.
