Am Gaumen präsentiert er sich schlank, saftig mit reifer, dichter Frucht und salzige Mitte durch feine Mineralik. Er ist sehr gut ausgewogen mit zarten Fruchtsüsse und lebendiger Säure ergibt es delikaten Wein mit Biss. Der Nachhall ist harmonisch und würzig mit einer erstaunlichen Länge. Ein sehr klares und tiefgründiges grosses Gewächs. Passt zu: leichten Vorspeisen, Salaten mit gegrilltem Geflügel, gebratener Fisch mit cremigem Risotto, Spargel aber auch zum mittelkräftigen Käse.
