The D-RING RETENTION SYSTEM has been designed and patented by Suomy. Insert the free side of the strap in the rings. Pull the end until the strap presses firmly against the jaw. After this operation, it should not be possible to remove the helmet. Verify that by grabbing it from the back and rotating it to the front it cannot be removed and it is fixed to the head. If the helmet tends to come off or rotates freely, tighten the strap again until the right pressure is obtained and repeat test. If after repeating the test you are not able to efficiently tighten the retention system, do not use the helmet. Only after checking the correct tension of the strap, fix the free end locking it with the automatic stud to the release tab. The automatic stud is necessary only to fix the free end of the strap to prevent it from flapping while riding. Fixing the release button does not assure that the helmet is correctly in position and properly fastened: the correct locking of the strap must be verified exclusively following the above paragraphs. To release the retention system, release the automatic stud button and pull the release tab to loosen the closure. Slide out the free end of the strap from the «D Rings». Use the release tab only to remove the helmet! Never release this tab while riding.

Der Ventilblock befindet sich im vorderen Bereich des Motorraums. Genauer gesagt: hinter der rechten Radhausschale, direkt über dem Kompressor. Der ML 63 AMG im Kurzporträt Der Mercedes-Benz ML 63 AMG gilt als einer der leistungsstärksten SUV-Modelle überhaupt. Die Baureihe W164 wurde in der Zeit von 2005 bis 2011 gefertigt und löste die bis dato erhältliche M-Klasse der W163-Baureihe ab. Im Unterschied zum Vorgänger verfügt die W164-Baureihe über eine selbsttragende Karosserie, welche die passive Sicherheit verbessern soll. Die Aufgabe des Ventilblocks Der Ventilblock gilt als wesentlicher Bestandteil des Luftfahrwerks. Er hat die Aufgabe, die Druckluftzufuhr und -abfuhr zu steuern, und soll somit für den richtigen Luftdruck in den Luftfedern sorgen. Um das Fahrzeug auf die entsprechende Höhe zu bringen, schaltet er dabei die elektrischen Magnetventile innerhalb des Ventilblocks auf und zu. Gründe für einen Defekt des Ventilblocks Wie viele Fahrzeugteile unterliegt auch der Ventilblock einem herkömmlichen Verschleiß. Äußere Umwelteinflüsse sowie zahlreiche Öffnungs- und Schließvorgänge können im Laufe der Zeit einen Defekt verursachen. Des Weiteren kann es mitunter vorkommen, dass der Lufttrockner im Kompressor des Luftfahrwerks feuchte Luft zum Ventil durchlässt und so der Ventilblock Schaden nimmt. Steht ihr Fahrzeug nach längerer Standzeit schief, arbeitet der Fahrwerkskompressor ungewöhnlich lange und verursacht laute Geräusche. Stellen Sie generell ein verändertes Federverhalten fest, sollten Sie Ihr Luftfahrwerk gründlich überprüfen. Ein defekter Ventilblock kann dabei, neben einer undichten Luftfeder oder Ölverlust am Federbein, ein möglicher Grund für einen Fahrwerksdefekt sein. Hinweise zum korrekten Wechseln eines Ventilblocks Insgesamt verfügt der Ventilblock über 6 Druckluftanschlüsse. Beim Tausch eines defekten Ventilblocks ist darauf zu achten, dass einer der 6 Anschlüsse etwas größer ist. Dieser 6 mm große Anschluss dient zum Anschließen des Druckluftschlauches, der vom Kompressor ausgehend mit dem Ventilblock verbunden wird und als Versorgungseingang gedacht ist. Die anderen 5 Druckluftanschlüsse besitzen einen Durchmesser von 4 mm und sollen die Druckluft je nach Bezeichnung an folgende Komponenten verteilten: - Druckluftspeicher (SP) - Federbein vorne rechts (VR) - Federbein vorne links (VL) - Luftfeder hinten rechts (HR) - Luftfeder hinten links (HL) Um die Installation eines neuen Ventilblocks so einfach wie möglich zu gestalten und Irritationen zu vermeiden, wurden alle Anschlüsse farblich markiert sowie mit den oben genannten Abkürzungen versehen.
