Das LX7 II Mischpult ist mit diesen GB30 Mikrofon-Vorverstärkern ausgestattet. Hierfür wurde das Design der erfolgreichen MH Serie als Vorbild genommen und mit verwandten Bauteilen in das LX7 II Pult übertragen. Dadurch wird das Rauschverhalten und die Übersteuerungsfestigkeit auf ein Niveau gehoben, das in dieser Preisklasse bisher nicht möglich war. Ebenso der GB30 Präzisions-EQ - hier wurde die Klangregelung der MH Serie mit günstigeren Komponenten in das LX7 II integriert. Dieser erlaubt gezielte Klangkorrekturen ohne unerwünschte Nebeneffekte auf benachbarte Frequenzbereiche. Die Mittenbänder sind semi-parametrisch (mit variabler Frequenz) ausgelegt. Das LX7 II bietet außerdem die bewährte 7 Bus Struktur (4 Gruppen, separate Mono- und Stereo-Summe) mit komfortablen LED-Anzeigen sowie 6 Aux Sendewege.
