Dichtes Rot, typisches Marlborough Pinot Noir Bouquet mit aromatisch reifen Kirschen und Himbeeren, auch am Gaumen reife Fruchtaromen, sehr komplex mit feiner Würze, weiches, feinkörniges Tannin verleiht dem Wein zugleich seine definierte Struktur und frühe Genussreife. Passt zu gebratenem Geflügel, Kalb- oder Rindfleisch, geschmorter Lammschulter und mildem Weichkäse.

Der Cabernet Sauvignon ist reichhaltig und vollmundig. Er ist gut strukturiert und präsentiert sich mit Komplexität und geschmeidigen Tanninen. Reife, dunkle Fruchtmerkmale von Brombeeren und schwarzen Johannisbeeren mit Noten von Eichenholz und Kakao.

Strohgelb, würziges Bouquet, frisch mit Aromen von Zitrusfrüchten. Passt zu: Pizza, Fischgerichten und leichten Salaten.

Helles Grüngelb, intensives Aroma von reifen Früchten, Pfirsich und Birne, sowie eine leicht nussige Note, am Gaumen mit Frische, gut ausbalanciert. Passt zu: sommerlichen Salaten, Meeresfrüchten, gegrilltem Fisch oder auch Sushi.

Dieser Wein reifte 12 Monate im Barrique und 12 Monate in grossen, traditionellen Holzfässern. Das Terroir von La Morra verleiht seinen Weinen immer eine spezifische Eleganz und Finesse. Der intensive Duft nach Waldbeeren wird begleitet von floralen Noten. Der Wein entfaltet eine herrliche Würze nach feinen Kräutern. Im Mund spürt man die feste und gleichzeitig samtig-weiche Struktur mit lang anhaltendem Nachhall. Geniessen Sie diesen Wein während der nächsten acht bis zehn Jahre zu gebratener Entenbrust mit Thymianjus oder Rehrücken mit Steinpilzen.
