Aufgabe der Luftfederung
Die elektronisch geregelte Luftfederung erlaubt zu jeder Zeit, das Fahrzeug stufenlos höher- oder tieferzustellen. Der Luftbalg spielt dabei eine wichtige Rolle, denn er ist bei der Federung und der Niveauregulierung Ihres Land Rover involviert. Fahren Sie mit hohem Tempo auf kurvenreichen Straßen, mit hoher Zuladung oder im Anhängerbetrieb, sorgt die Niveauregulierung für eine gleichbleibende Fahrzeughöhe. So reguliert, schluckt das Fahrwerk Straßenunebenheiten und sorgt für exzellente Stabilität beim Fahr- und Bremsverhalten.
Verschleiß macht auch vor Gummi nicht halt
Leider nagt der Zahn der Zeit an unseren Fahrzeugen. Undichtigkeiten im Luftfahrwerk sorgen für Probleme in der Niveauregulierung. Das Fahrzeug senkt sich über Nacht auf der Hinterachse ab, wenn die Luftfeder undicht geworden ist. Senkt es sich einseitig hinten ab oder steht es hinten schief, dann wissen Sie sofort, dass Sie beide Komponenten des Federbeins prüfen sollten. Wenn am Luftfederdämpfer Öl austritt, sollten Sie alarmiert sein. Der Dämpfer verliert Öl, da dieses an der Kolbenstange vorbeisickert. In der Regel begleiten Poltergeräusche diesen Schaden. Außerdem sind aufgrund der Undichtigkeiten Folgeschäden zu erwarten. Der Kompressor läuft zu lange und nimmt Schaden, wenn Sie Undichtigkeiten an Luftfeder und Stoßdämpfer nicht schnell beseitigen. Das kann am Ende sehr teuer werden.
Experten Kontrolle in Deutschland
Mit unseren Qualitätstests sichern wir unsere AEROSUS Luftfedern ab. Das spezielle Gummigemisch wird wie alle weiteren Komponenten stetigen Stress- und Funktionalitätstests unterzogen. Sie sollten im Übrigen beide Luftfedern einer Achse gemeinsam tauschen. Verschleiß lässt sich leider nicht auf eine Achsseite begrenzen. Es ist zu befürchten, dass beide Luftfedern in etwa zur selben Zeit Defekte aufweisen. Wir bieten Ihnen deshalb 10 % Rabatt auf Paarkauf an. Außerdem sollten Sie nicht auf unsere 2-jährige Gewährleistung verzichten.
