Helles Gelb mit grünlichen Reflexen, intensiv- fruchtiger Duft mit Pfirsich und Ananas, Nuss und eleganter Eichenholznote, selbst bei voller Kraft vermittelt er Frische und Frucht, ist dabei harmonisch ausbalanciert, Holzfasseinsatz geschmackvoll integriert, aromatisch und anhaltend im Finale, ein grosser Chardonnay. Passt zu: extravaganten Fischgerichten mit würziger Sahnesauce, sehr passend zu Kalbsgerichten oder zum zarten Spanferkel in Olivenöl. Als gereifter Wein wunderbar mit Gänsestopfleber oder Hartkäse.

Ein dunkles Kirschrot zeigt im Bouquet intensive fruchtige Aromen von dunklen Beeren und Blaubeerkonfitüre, unterlegt mit feinen pfeffrig würzigen Anklängen. Geschmacklich präsentiert sich der Wein ausdrucksvoll, saftig, vollmundig und zugleich samtweich. Die würzige Frucht des Bouquets ist auch am Gaumen spürbar präsent, lang und feinwürzig mit einem Hauch Lakritz im Finale. Passt zu gegrilltem und gebratenem Lamm- oder Rindfleisch, Estofado a la catalana typisch katalanischer Eintopf mit Kalbfleisch und Botifarra , gefüllten Auberginen, Kichererbsen oder auch zu mittelkräftigen Käsesorten.
