Deshalb hat Gabi für dieses Übungsprogramm eine ganzheitliche Herangehensweise an das Rückenwohl gewählt. Für das Training bedeutet das: Wir führen Bewegungen in verschiedenen Variationen aus und setzen Reize, an die sich der Körper ständig neu anpassen muss. Wir bieten Übungen, bei denen unser Körper lernt, sich selbst zu stabilisieren und aufrecht zu halten. Ein schönes Bild ist hier das eines Baums, der Wind und Wetter ausgesetzt ist. Ist der Baum elastisch und zugleich stabil, gut verwurzelt, aufrecht und durchsaftet, kann er auf äußere Einflüsse besser reagieren – so wie unser Körper! Eine lebenslange Aufgabe, und genau deswegen sind sind regelmäßige, abwechslungsreiche Trainingseinheiten so wichtig! Geübt wird mit dem Redondo® Ball GAB! 14 cm und dem Redondo® Ball 22 cm.
