Leaving Edinburgh you will travel west where your first stop is the Wallace Monument* in Stirling; a towering stone testimonial to the Scottish legend William Wallace. Inside you will find fascinating exhibits leading you through the life of the real Braveheart, and most impressive of all, Wallace’s legendary 5ft 6in(1.7m) tall broadsword. You then travel north to Gleneagles Hotel Estate - one of Scotland’s world class golf courses and site of the 2014 Ryder Cup. Enjoy a photo opportunity here and see where the international legends of golf play.  You continue your journey through the pretty countryside of Perthshire to your next stop in Crieff, where you visit The Famous Grouse Experience* at Glenturret Distillery. Learn about the traditional whisky-making process, see how you measure up to the world’s largest bottle of whisky and sample some of ‘The Water of Life’ itself at the fantastic Taste Experience bar. Timberbush Tours customers can also enjoy an exclusive tasting of the Black Grouse Alpha Edition; a rich, smoky blend available only at Glenturret Distillery. Afterwards, you then continue on to the town of Dunkeld, where there will be a break for refreshments and a visit to ancient Dunkeld Cathedral. Rock close is a magical garden filled with enchanting druidic rock formations, water features and exotic plants. The grand Scottish baronial style Blarney House is reflects a bygone era of wealth and statesmanship. The Rock of Cashel is a multi-period monastic site, which was a fortress before it became the seat of the bishop of the diocese of Cashel, and venue where the historical Synod of Cashel was held. Visit the Great Cathedral, the Hall of Vicars Choral, Cormack's Chapel (with one of Ireland's best preserved Irish frescoes and Romanesque architecture) and a Round tower, all perched on a solid rock ringed by a curtain wall- most of it dating back from before the Cambro-Norman conquerors came to Ireland in the late 12th Century. Cahair Castle was once the stronghold of the powerful Butler family, the castle retains its impressive keep, tower and much of its original defensive structure. It is one of Ireland's largest and best preserved castles. It is situated on a rocky island on the River Suir. ITINERARY: Pick up at your hotel to depart to My Tho. Upon arrival, we will take a boat ride along the river, viewing stilt houses and fruit plantation along the banks. Visit fishing villages or floating fish farms at My Tho. Proceed to Tortoise Island and have lunch in an orchard. Enjoy a boat ride through Tan Thach canal to Ben Tre, cruising under the shadow of water coconut trees and stop for visiting some families to get closer to their rural lifestyle and research their family business. Lunch at local restaurants between visits. After walking through fruit gardens and villages, we will come back to the boat and return to Saigon by car.

Start your day trip to the East Algarve with a hotel pickup, and then travel by air-conditioned coach to the pretty town of Almancil, roughly 8 miles (13km) northwest of Faro. Head inside the town’s crowning glory, the beautiful Church of St Lourenço (Igreja de São Lourenço de Matos), and marvel at its stunning blue-and-white wall tiles while exploring. The tiles depict the story of St Lourenço who used money from the Catholic Church to pay for the poor until he was caught by the Romans. Continue to Faro, the Algarve’s capital, for a walking tour of its elegant Old Town. Amble around the charming cobblestone streets and see the Arc da Vila, a monument that was commissioned to mark the entrance to the Old Town after a devastating earthquake in 1755. After exploring the streets, enjoy some free time to sightsee independently or shop for souvenirs to take home. Meet back up with your guide and travel to the nearby town of Olhão with its bustling fishing port and Moorish-esque neighborhoods and cube-shaped houses. Stretch your legs on a walk around with your guide, and then take a break for lunch at your own expense; your guide will have plenty of restaurant recommendations if you need them. Your last stop of the day is the beautiful city of Tavira, a town often called the 'Venice of the Algarve' after its location that straddles the River Gilão. Steeped in history, Tavira is home to Roman bridges, Renaissance churches and historical monuments aplenty, but it’s Tavira Castle — a structure thought to date to Neolithic days — that is the town’s most intriguing sight. Pay your entrance fee and then head inside the site to explore the castle's ramparts and ruins. Leave Tavira in the late afternoon and travel back to your Algarve hotel where your day trip finishes.

A fantastic all-day excursion along the beautiful Costa Daurada coastline aboard the most modern luxury catamaran on the Mediterranean, sailing to the traditional village of L' Ametlla de Mar. The food option includes a delicious barbecue prepared by your captain and crew, and also includes sangria and dessert too. On arrival you will have free time to explore the morning market and visit the local shops, where you can buy some local products and souvenirs. Shopping in L´ Ametlla de Mar is a lovely pastime, where you can walk through its narrow and bustling streets, visiting little shops and boutiques. A great way to spend your day, or if you prefer, you can choose to relax on the beautiful sandy beach instead. Filled with lovely coves and blue flag beaches, L’Ametlla de Mar is an unspoilt fishing town on the Costa Daurada, Catalonia. With quaint whitewashed buildings that watch over the sea and its beautiful shades of blue and green waves lapping up against the light golden sand, L´ Ametlla de Mar is a very pretty picture.
