Multi award winning Ocean Rafting visits the “Wild Side” of the Whitsunday Islands, the uninhabited islands with beautiful natural scenery brimming with marine, bird and animal life. There are two exciting tour options, the Northern Exposure and Southern Lights. Each Ocean Rafting day offers three days in one, including an exhilarating ride to Whitehaven Beach and Hill Inlet, pristine snorkelling reefs and guided Whitsunday Island National Parks walks. Ocean Rafting offers the ultimate access to the stunning and iconic Hill Inlet beach and special snorkel sites at Hook Island and Border Island ensure a memorable underwater experience. The semi rigid inflatable vessels are super fast allowing guests to experience a fun ride, adventure and education amongst the natural beauty of the Whitsundays. 32 passengers at most allows for personal snorkelling lessons and the pleasure of a small group. A buffet style lunch is served at the beach with plenty of time to swim in the turquoise ocean or just relax on the silica white sand. Ocean Rafting has been operating since 1997 and is proud to have special permits allowing its vessels to visit protected areas in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. The Skipper and Eco Host will ensure guests have a fun filled adventure and personalised service with snorkel lessons and a guided National Park walk in the Whitsunday Islands. Tours depart from Abell Point Marina North and courtesy coach pickups are included.

For those who want an adrenaline rush, throw yourself into our five big slides with or without rings. For those who dare there’s the Timanfire slide and the popular Aqua Bowl, or come and chill out in the Magma River. You’ll feel like you’re at the beach in our salt water wave pool, the only on the island, and for a more relaxing swim try our geothermal heated pools. Little ones can be entertained at Corsario Bay with the Timi slide, aqua ramp and many many slides. With qualified lifeguards and a permanent nursing service on hand, you’ll also feel in safe hands at the Aqualava Water Park. When you need to refuel there’s the onsite Timi kitchen restaurant serving a varied buffet and Timi shop selling everything from souvenirs to ice creams. Ticket Includes: 25 min Sea Lion Experience Wetsuit and life jacket Ticket Excludes: Entry Ticket (This must be purchased separately)  Food and beverages Ticket Terms: Children of 7-11 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the interaction. Children under 7 years old, people over 120 kg weight and pregnants cannot participate in the interaction. It is imperative that you can swim. You will become the special guest of our sea lions for 25 minutes; a period of time in which you will be able to feel their fur and breath, touch them and feel them in the water and on land. Not even the best hosts will make you feel at home like they do. When you arrive, we shall have a wetsuit and life jacket ready for you which you shall use once you have gone through a decontamination process to prevent the access of germs to our family’s habitat. They’re dying to meet you! The activity begins with a short chat where the team will teach you how to stroke and greet our stars, which will welcome you with open arms. Don’t be afraid if you get the biggest kiss of your life; it will be quite an experience!
