Boston Common Area The Boston Movie Mile Walking Tour kicks off at Boston Common, a 50-acre central park in the city.  Boston Common, also the name of a NBC sitcom in the 90's, claims many notable landmarks in the area such as the Boston Public Garden, Massachusetts State House, Brewer Fountain, Park Street Station (America's first subway station) and the Soldiers and Sailors Monument.  Movies and TV shows filmed in and around the Boston Common include Cheers, The Departed, Ted, Ally McBeal, Amistad, The Company Men, and Glory.  One of the most notable filming locations on the Boston Movie Mile tour is the bench where Robin Williams and Matt Damon sat in Good Will Hunting. Beacon Hill The Boston Movie Mile Walking Tour also takes you throughout the beautiful Beacon Hill area.  You'll stop by the Boston Athenaeum, one of the oldest libraries in the United States, which can be seen in Civil Action and With Honors.  From there, you'll pass through numerous filming locations and side streets including Acorn Street, the most photographed street in Boston.  TV shows and movies filmed around Beacon Hill include The Thomas Crown Affair, Boondock Saints, What's the Worst That Can Happen?, The Departed, MTV's Real World, and Blown Away. The tour ends at one of Boston’s most famous locations: the Cheers bar. Also known as the Bull and Finch Pub, this neighborhood bar in Beacon Hill was used for the exterior shots in the popular sitcom Cheers.

Language App Chicago Trolley & Double Decker Company now has a FREE, foreign language app for both Android and iPhone! This new, easy to use app provides a fully narrated tour in Chinese (Mandarin), German, Portuguese (Brazil) and Spanish. We're excited to offer this option to our international guests! How to download? Easy as 1, 2, 3! On the guest's phone, search and download "Chicago Trolley Tour" in the application store. Once downloaded, open the app and the language options will appear. Choose the language needed and download. There will be a prompt to enter a password. The password is Chicago (not case sensitive). Please provide password information only once ticket has been purchased. That's it! So how does it work? Headphones will be provided for any guest using the app. Using GPS, the app follows the guests as they enjoy the views from our double deckers and trolleys. The narration is based on plotted points along our tour route. Guests can even click on each point to read the information. Once downloaded, the app does not use data. Guests can turn cellular data OFF if they would like to. However, GPS accuracy IS improved when Cellular Data is left ON, even though no data is use. Ticket Types

Use our self-guided map to discover how animals are linked to each other, their homes and you. Polar Play Zone Kids have a place at Shedd that they can call their own—Polar Play Zone. It’s cool as ice and twice as nice! The penguins think so, too. Play! Splash! Pretend! What would you like to be? A sleek sliding penguin? A deep-sea explorer? How about both? In Polar Play Zone, you can slip into a penguin suit and try being a bird in the Icy South play area. From there, head to the Icy North to explore the belugas’ Arctic waters in a kid-sized submarine. Don’t forget to shake hands—or is it arms?—with colorful sea stars in the touch pools. In Polar Play Zone, you’ll learn about polar opposites—big and small, fast and slow, shallow and deep, even north and south—while you play. Themed exhibits provide a fascinating vision of marine ecosystems and their rich biodiversity, allowing you to feel almost submerged underwater as you embark on a journey in search of the secrets of the ocean. Continue your journey at the underwater restaurant, where you can watch thousands of fish swim around you as relax.  During the summer, there are special night-time shows from 8pm to midnight, where you can take in the magical atmosphere in the company of the friendly and gentle dolphins.

The Jungle Park offers delights for all ages from its rare collection of animals and birds of prey, to the taxing assault course. Jungle Park features hundreds of species of birds, including birds of prey and exotic birds, all living in their natural habitat within the only jungle in Europe. Don´t miss the Bird of Prey Show, one of the best in the world. You can see falcons, vultures and our stars of the show, the eagles in free flight. This spectacle is performed twice a day. A free return bus is available from numerous stops in the South of Tenerife, picking up only in the Las Américas and Los Cristianos areas.

Did you know that Christopher Columbus chose to disembark in Barcelona harbour when he returned from his voyage to America?. To commemorate the event, we suggest you visit the Monument dedicated to this illustrious figure. You'll be able to admire the sculptural ensemble around the base of the magnificent Corinthian-style iron column which has a lift inside that takes you all the way up to the viewing gallery at the top. When you get to the top, you'll be able to enjoy stunning 360º views. For instance, to the north, you'll see the Gothic Quarter with the bell towers of the cathedral, Santa Maria del Mar and La Mercè or the bustling Rambla. To the south, you'll see Mount Montjuïc, with the castle at the top. Montjuïc is also the site of museums, gardens, theatres and the Olympic Ring. If you look down, you'll see the Royal Shipyards, the Drassanes, which are home to the Museu Marítim. If you look east and follow the coastline, you'll be able to make out the modern Forum area with its characteristic photovoltaic roof and skyscrapers. Closer to you, the twin towers mark the entrance to the Olympic Marina. At your feet you'll see the old harbour, the Port Vell, and the industrial port. Finally, to the west, you'll see the Parc Natural de Collserola, the vast green "lung" that surrounds the city, with the Collserola Tower and Tibidabo Amusement Park at the top.
