As a working distillery, visitors must wear sensible footwear on the distillery tour (no high heels or open toed shoes permitted). Dank der akribischen und bedingungslos qualitätsorientierten Arbeit und durch ständige Reinvestitionen verfügt das Chateau heute über hochmoderne Kelletechnik, die in die alten Gemäuer perfekt integriert wurde. Sie erlaubt es den Dubards, die Trauben ausserordentlich schonend zu keltern. Das Ergebnis sind frische, sehr harmonische Weine zu erstaunlich attraktiven Preise.

Mais tous ces efforts sont recompenses par les vertus extraordinaire du lait d anesse.
