Please note: The River Ouse in York can occasionally rise to levels that can have an impact on this cruise's daily operations after periods of heavy rainfall in the catchment area upstream. The local operators will always attempt to sail for as long as it is safe to do so. There can come a point where their smallest boat can no longer fit underneath the bridges. Depending on the height of the river, they may not be able to sail at all. In this instance, you will either be eligible for a full refund or your ticket(s) will happily accepted on another date during your stay if sailing is possible.

Re-imagining the classic tale for 21st Century, 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea takes viewers on the journey of teenager Ned as he plunges into a world of adventure aboard the submarine Nautilus commanded by the mysterious Captain Nemo. The thrilling 3D adventure ride features cues for popular 4D effects such as water splashes, wind blasts and bubbles. 3D fish swim out of the screen, bubbles fill the auditorium and viewers will feel the deck of the Nautilus jolt and shake when it is attacked by a giant squid.   Penguin Ice Adventure - NOW OPEN Our brand new under-water Ice Adventure has arrived! Come face-to-face with a colony of Gentoo Penguins and adventure in to the rarely seen Antarctic landscape. You can marvel at the cheeky antics of our new feathered friends, as they dive beneath the freezing waters and play in their icy home. With indoor temperatures of 8 degrees Celsius you’ll need to wrap up warm, although the playful penguins will feel right at home. Hear the unmistakable trumpeting sound of the Gentoo and learn about their quirky antics. Touch the iced environment that the penguins call home and give your best imitations of a penguin waddle. Our penguins, which are classified as near-threatened on the IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature) Red List, will travel half the way around the world to play and swim in their brand new, specially built home.

A beautiful and interesting day tour from Salou that will take take you away from the coast onto a scenic route right through the beautiful interior of Catalonia with olive groves and vineyards. The first stop is at the Monastery of Poblet, which is still inhabited by monks that live in almost total seclusion. Poblet is therefore the main example of the famous strict Cistercian order. Poblet is not only a monastery but also a military fort, a palace, a pantheon and famous for its high artistic value. It is therefore quite logical that it´s been placed on the UNESCO World Heritage list in 1991. After visiting the monastery, we´ll drive on to the medieval village of Mont Blanc, famous for its annual knights Festival and where George, alledgedly fought with the dragon!  The walls surrounding Montblanc are one of the best preserved in Catalonia. Here, you´ll have the opportunity to have a nice little walk around and take your seat on one of the terraces for a drink or lunch (optional).  We´ll end the day with a visit to a local wine cellar. Your guide will tell you everything you need to know about making wine, from picking the grapes to bottling the bottles. And of course, we´ll also offer you a little glass to taste it all yourselves. Der Hofstall ist verantwortlich für die Ausbildung der Windsor Greys und Cleveland Bays – der Pferde, die die königlichen Kutschen ziehen. Die Staatsfahrzeuge werden in den Royal Mews untergebracht und gewartet. Die Kutschen aus den Royal Mews werden jedes Jahr rund 50 Mal genutzt, um neu ernannte Minister und Botschafter zu ihrer offiziellen Residenz zum Buckingham Palace zu bringen. Seit 1843 bricht täglich ein Botschafter vom Hofstall auf, um Post zwischen dem Buckingham Palace und dem St. James's Palace auszutauschen. The railway station is one of the most stunning buildings in Europe. Our Lady Cathedral is the largest gothic church in the Lowlands and it boasts countless precious paintings by world class artistsof the 17th century. The absolute masterpieces, however, are the Rubens paintings. Our guided walk through the old city starts at the Steen, the impressive 13th century castle that guarded the city and its port. We take you to the gothic guild houses at the Market Square. The river Scheldt is the cradle of Antwerp where the city built the MAS-museum, famous for its spectacular views of the harbor and the old city. In your free time, do enjoy the local beer called a ’ Bolleke’.
