Highlights Explore the city of Adelaide with return 40 minute cruise and visit Adelaide Zoo for less!  Learn more about Zoos SA Conservation Program of protecting this endangered species Ticket Includes Adelaide City Highlights Bus tour Return 40-minute Popeye cruise between Elder Park and Adelaide Zoo Entry into Adelaide Zoo This full day tour takes you around the city of Adelaide, seeing the highlights by bus, then by river, before visiting the renowned Adelaide Zoo.  After your city highlights tour, you will embark on your cruise, heading down the river, past the Torrens Weir, to Adelaide Zoo where you will disembark.  At the zoo, you are free to spend as much time seeing Australia's only Giant Panda's, as well as the other animals. When you've had enough, jump back on board the Popeye and make your way back to Elder Park.  Please note: Cruise does not operate during extreme weather conditions 

Sometimes due to soft sand dunes delays may occur. Tour is not suitable for pregnant women, people with back problems or infants. Infants 0-3 are free when travelling with an adult however do not occupy a seat and will not be provided meals on tour. Infants will not be accepted on the 4WD component of this tour. A parent will be require to disembark the coach with the infant for the 4WD component of the tour. Wildflower season commences September through to early November. Profusion of wildflowers depends on weather and other conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee sightings. Wear comfortable walking shoes, bring a hat and your camera. Tour may operate within a 4WD and/or coach, depending on passenger numbers. The adventure component of the tour will always operate in a 4WD vehicle.

Departing Edinburgh, you travel north-west for your first stop of the day at magnificent Stirling Castle*, one of Scotland’s most historically significant castles, sitting high on volcanic rock and offering wonderful views of the surrounding landscape. You will have time to visit the castle and learn of the exploits of key historic figures including William Wallace, Robert the Bruce and Mary Queen of Scots. With lots of interesting things to see and do here, the Stirling Castle experience is a must for any visitor to Scotland.  You then continue on, past medieval Doune Castle, to the pretty town of Callander, situated on the banks of the River Teith in Stirlingshire, where you will have a chance to stop to enjoy some lunch. From here we enter The Trossachs National Park, also known as “The Highlands in miniature” for its abundance of lochs, mountains and forests, and famous as the homeland of legendary outlaw, Rob Roy MacGregor.  You will then reach the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond, one of the prettiest and largest lochs in the whole of Scotland. Here you can enjoy an hour long cruise* taking in spectacular views of the loch’s many islands and the surrounding mountains. Alternatively, take a stroll through the picturesque loch-side conservation village of Luss, with its quaint houses, cafes and stunning views across the loch’s western shoreline.
