Back at the harbour you will be ready to enjoy a fun cruise where there will be games and a treasure hunt for your children and you can lie back and enjoy the weather as they play on the boat. A music quiz for the adults and lots of funny stories from the crew. The animation team will keep the kids occupied with the treasure hunt and face painting too. You will stop out at sea when you have the opportunity to swim and snorkel [ optional], this is where the splash comes in as you jump or dive from the boat. There is a free bar and drinks are available throughout the trip on the Dorimar II, a 3 tier glass bottom catamaran, with great views of the sea below. Free bar includes lager, sangria, soft drinks and cava, so no need to be thirsty either. Although not a regular occurence, dolphins have been spotted in the sea and if you are really lucky,,,,,,,you could even catch sight of them!

Your Journey: Departing from Queenstown, a knowledgeable driver will provide an informative commentary on the points of interest along one of the world’s most picturesque drives – The Milford Road. Stop for some great photo opportunities along the way, before enjoying a two hour cruise aboard one of our specially designed small boats in Milford Sound. Sit back and relax as you cruise the length of the 16km fiord, out past St Annes Point Lighthouse, while skipper highlights points of interest along the way, including the mighty Lady Bowen Falls, Lion Mountain, Copper Point, Seal Rock and Stirling Falls.  Keep an eye out for local wildlife that can be found in the fiord, with New Zealand fur seals and dolphins spotted regularly, while occasionally the rare Fiordland Crested Penguin makes an appearance when in season. During the return journey we will have a brief refreshment break in the lakeside town of Te Anau. During the dinner you will be served by the pirates themselves while Captain Hook tells you about his adventures on the Spanish Main. But be careful, while you are eating, another ship is silently approaching in the darkness, preparing to board the galleon. No need to be afraid, Captain Hook discovers the enemy’s ruse and orders his men to take up battle stations, the cannon are ready to fire. Pirates armed to the teeth with cutlasses and pistols jump from the rigging down to the decks where a sword fight ensues between the crew and the enemy pirates with amazing sound and light effects.  And all this excitement you’re bound to be feeling hungry so it’s time to sit down at Captain Hook’ s table for a banquet where you can feast on delicious meat and lobster as well as a buffet of salads, steamed vegetables, pirate rice, baked potatoes, grilled chicken and dessert.
