These Forgefix Hammer Fixings include both plug and Pozi head screw. The plug is made from Nylon for a longer life and durability and the anti-rotation barbs prevent the plug from rotating in the hole. The fixings are through fixing, eliminating the need for marking and re-positioning. To use, simply drill through both fixture and into the base material and tap in the Hammer Fixing with a strong blow to complete the fix and ensure full expansion. The screw can be released if required. APPLICATIONWidely used for baton, window and door frame fixing. Quick and easy to use - ideal for repetitive installations.Ensure the correct Pozi drive insert bit is used to release fixture and fitting if required.Hammer Fixing & Plug M10 x 135 Bag 10
These Lindstrom Diagonal cutting nippers have an oval head. They are produced from high performance ball bearing steel which is black oxidised for increased durability. The numerically controlled machine grinding guarantees edge and angle accuracy and contact, which increases tool reliability and consistency. The edges are precision induction hardened to 63-65 HRC. The handles have a return spring and are sleeved. Ideal for wire harness work, and standard printed circuit board assembly. Oval heads are the most common type of nipper head. It combines strength and durability, can withstand and distribute the impact of cutting and is utilised in a myriad of applications.Length (A): 125mm (5 in). Blade length (B): 16mm (0.63 in). Head width (C): 16mm (0.63 in). Head depth (D): 8mm (0.31 in). Tip width: (F): 1.6mm (0.06 in). Cutting capacity: 0.4-2.0mm. Cutting edge: Micro-bevel. The Micro-Bevel cut is designed to meet the requirements of the electronic assembly industry. Leads are ‘pinched’, allowing less altitude and a smaller overall surface area. Because of its design, it has a wide cutting range and variety of uses.

These Forgefix high-low thread Concrete Frame Screws are Zinc Yellow Passivated for increased resistance to corrosion. They offer a virtually stress free fixing, allowing close to edge applications. They are through-fixing, eliminating the need for marking and re-positioning when fixing batons etc. The Torx compatible head of the screw enables increased torque control. APPLICATION: Extremely popular fixing for window and door frames. Also now used as a versatile fixing for many applications in DIY, Joinery, Plumbing and Electrical trades. The Zinc Yellow Passivation process of electroplating is similar to the 'Galvanised' and 'Zinc Plated' processes but with the addition of a yellow dye. It offers an aesthetically pleasing finish, whilst having excellent resistance to corrosion. By design, Torx compatible head screws resist cam-out much better than Phillips or Slotted screws. Where Phillips heads were designed to cause the driver to cam out, to prevent over-tightening, Torx compatible heads were designed to prevent it and to achieve a desired torque consistently. Torx compatible head sizes are described using the capital letter 'T', followed by a number. A smaller number corresponds to a smaller point-to-point dimension of the screw head. Only the proper driver can drive a specific head size without risk of ruining the driver or screw. High-Low Thread screws have an excellent holding power in wood due to their alternating high and low thread heights.Concrete Frame Screw Torx High-Low Thread ZYP 7.5 x 122mm Bag 10
These Forgefix Carriage Bolts are Zinc Plated, and ideal for timber to timber joining. They come complete with a hex nut and are fully threaded to 100mm. Also known as 'Cup Square Hex Bolts', the square underneath the Cup stops rotation of the bolt when tightening. Conform to DIN 603 and DIN 934 standards. Available in a comprehensive range of sizes to suit most applications. APPLICATIONUsed mainly for fastening timber to timber and is extensively used for timber joist construction in house building and numerous decking applications. A Carriage Bolt, also known as a Coach Bolt or as a ‘Fully Threaded Cup Square Hex Bolt’, has a domed or countersunk head, and the shank is topped by a short square section under the head. The square section grips into the part being fixed (typically wood), preventing the bolt from turning when the nut is tightened. A rib neck Carriage Bolt has several longitudinal ribs instead of the square section, to grip into a metal part being fixed. Zinc coatings prevent oxidation of the protected metal to create a longer lasting finish. It does this by forming a barrier and by acting as a sacrificial anode if this barrier is damaged. Zinc oxide is a fine white dust that (in contrast to iron oxide) does not trigger a breakdown of the substrate’s surface integrity as it is formed. The zinc oxide, if left intact, can act as a barrier to further oxidation, in a way similar to the protection afforded to aluminium and stainless steels by their oxide layers.Carriage Bolt & Nut ZP M10 x 50 Bag 10
