Latecomers may not be admitted to the attraction. Your ticket is non refundable, non exchangable and non-transferrable. For the safety of all visitors, The Experience reserves the right refuse admission, or may on occasion conduct security searches. The Experience reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or part of the show due to circumstance beyond their reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets. Visitors will not be allowed to join The Experience without a ticket, please ensure you have this ticket on either a phone or print out on the day of your visit. No filming or photography is allowed in the maze. Phones are not allowed in the maze. You must be 13 years old and above 1.2meters in height to play the maze. All 13 -17 year olds must be accompanied by a playing and paying adults. If you have a disability or a pre existing injury please contact the guest services team prior to your visit. Pregnancy strictly prohibits participation or entrance to the maze. Open-toed shoes or high heels are not permitted. Trainers or pumps are recommended. Alcohol must not be consumed prior to the maze experience. If you are found to be under the influence of alcohol you will not be permitted to the maze.

Eating and smoking, as well as acting in a loud manner are forbidden at the site. The maximum size of backpacks or handbags brought into the Museum cannot exceed dimensions: 30x20x10 cm. Larger bags Taking photos in the buildings with the use of flash is forbidden. You are allowed to take photos only in selected parts of the Museum. A discount entrance fee is available for students any country aged up to 24 holding a valid student ID. You have to present printed voucher to Tour Leader before beginning of the trip

Normas del Hammam y recorrido aconsejado: Normas básicas Es obligatorio el uso de traje de baño (bañador o bikini). Se ruega hablar en voz baja dentro de la zona de baños. El pelo largo debe ir recogido. No es necesario gorro. El uso de las zapatillas propias sólo está permitido en los vestuarios. La empresa no se hace responsable de los objetos perdidos/olvidados. No se permite la entrada de animales ni comida.   A tener en cuenta Es obligatorio ducharse antes de acceder a las termas. Se facilita una toalla por cliente. En los vestuarios hay champú, gel, secador y taquillas para guardar objetos personales. Se recomienda dejar en las taquillas los objetos personales y de valor. La Empresa no se hace responsable de los objetos perdidos. El recorrido por el Hammam será a gusto del cliente. Los baños son mixtos, excepto los vestuarios. Si se contrata masaje y viene con acompañante, no podemos garantizar que lo reciban juntos. Los masajistas permanecerán siempre dentro del baño aunque el uso sea exclusivo para un grupo. No se permite la entrada a menores de 5 años; los padres o tutores de menores entre 5 a 17 años deben firmar una hoja de descargo de responsabilidad. 

El Tour de 30 minutos será guiado por uno de los capitanes experimentados. A tener en cuenta: todos los tours en hirdrodeslizador incluyen la entrada de las áreas de exhibición. Los espectáculos van incluidos con todas las áreas de exhibición.   Exhibición de reptiles Esta exhibición presenta docenas de especies de reptiles, tanto nativas de Florida como exóticas. Aprenderás datos interesantes de las amigables tortugas e iguanas y también sobre el cocodrilo llamado Caníbal de 46 kg. Los adiestradores demostraran como estos animales viven y sobreviven en la naturaleza Exhibición de los Everglades En esta exhibición se hace la presentación del vídeo “Our Everglades Story”. Este video muestra la historia de los Glades y la relación con algunos temas importantes de la actualidad, como los esfuerzos que han hecho a lo largo de los años para conservar la zona de los Everglades. Exhibición de animales exóticos Una organización a parte lleva cada día una variedad de animales al parque para que puedan ser visitados. El objetivo principal de esta organización es educar e informar al público sobre las especies en peligro de extinción, como la Pantera de Florida. Los mamíferos que están al cuidado de esta organización son adoptados o rescatados de instalaciones que han perdido la licencia o de particulares que poseían el animal ilegalmente. Normalmente los animales que podrá observar de cerca son panteras, leopardos, caracal, linces e incluso algunos mamíferos más pequeños. Tenga en cuenta que los animales de esta exhibición pueden cambiar día a día y no hay garantía de que siempre encuentre animales específicos.
